Placements: I got to know about placement through recent data, where I found that in AU, the placement rate is 97 percent in UG as well as PG. As a student at AU, I would like to confess that it is true. I also asked my senior about this, and many of my seniors got their placements in the first place.
Infrastructure: Ahmedabad University provides the best hostel facility. Recently, they made their own hostel away from the university, which is very helpful for us to stay away from the university noise. They also provide a shuttle facility for us every 15 minutes so that it will not cause any delay for classes. Their rooms just feel like home with friends.
Faculty: Teachers at Ahmedabad University are very talented and well-qualified. The way they explain things is most admirable. They also care about whether students are learning or not. They make complex topics feel just like a piece of cake for us. They also give us advice on what to do in the future.
Other: I really like this university. The people of Ahmedabad are very good. I am a non-local, and the friends I made are very helpful. I enjoyed making the decision to come to Ahmedabad. I am interested in Accounting, so that's why I chose B.Com (Hons).

Ahmedabad University: Strong Academics, Supportive Faculty and a Student-Friendly Campus.
Placements: Placements at Ahmedabad University reflect the overall strong performance of the university's Career Development Centre. The highest package is around 14.71 LPA, and the top recruits are like Adani, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, etc. Around 80 to 90 students in B.Com secured internships through the university CDC support.
Infrastructure: Campus facilities are well maintained, with clean rooms, classrooms and regular housekeeping in hostels. 24-hour security, Common areas and high-speed internet. The mess food is decent and hygienic, with a changing menu. The university also provides good medical facilities, including an on-campus health centre.
Faculty: Teachers at Ahmedabad University are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most faculty members hold advanced degrees from reputed institutions in India and abroad. The course curriculum is relevant and industry-focused, especially for commerce and management-related programmes.

Placements: Our department doesn't have placements, but the opportunities and exposure it gives sure do make up for that. There are talks and conferences that you can be a part of, projects you can take up to showcase your interests and skill sets.
Infrastructure: The CHM building is by far the most "homely" building in AU, and the hostels are comfortable. With all the facilities you could ask for. CHM houses its very own conservation lab, and the hostel is a rather pleasant place to live in, with 24/7 Wi-Fi and security.
Faculty: We have an amazing cohort of faculty, all coming from diverse fields with lots of knowledge to impart. The courses taught are fun and thought-provoking. The best part here is that there aren't many semester exams to worry about. Most of the grading is based on your classwork and assignments.

Really good for extracurricular activities, but for academics and placement, it is average.
Placements: In my batch (Computer Science 2021), only 40% of students were placed. Out of those placed students, 60% were placed in companies offering 5 LPA and long-term bonds. The highest package was offered by Future First at 13 LPA, and the average package is 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IQM, Future First, Playpower Labs, Injala, Argusoft, Cygnet One, and Tatvasoft. The summer internship is an option with placement; you can either do a summer internship after the 3rd year or opt for placement in the 4th year. Top roles offered were mostly Software Developer, Software Engineer, Data Science Intern, Data Engineering Intern, QA, and DevOps.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are top-notch at Ahmedabad University, at least that's not a rip-off after paying 1.7L per year and getting no placement. All the buildings here are designed by famous award-winning architects. Also, IIMA has inspired their new building design from the School Arts and Science building of our campus. There is Wi-Fi throughout the campus, computer labs, big classrooms with a minimum capacity of 60 students, and 3 libraries in each of the 3 colleges with silent study areas. I have not stayed in the hostel, but from the reviews from my friends, I can say that the food quality is very low, like 2/5. Even the cafeteria food for all students is costly and not worth it. There is a university doctor on campus who can be contacted for any treatment required. There are all kinds of sports facilities on campus like a cricket ground, football ground, badminton courts, gym, squash court, volleyball court, tennis courts, etc.
Faculty: The professors at Ahmedabad University are all highly qualified and good researchers in their fields. Their teaching quality is average because sometimes the university's guidelines restrict them from going deeper due to limited lectures. The course curriculum is very relevant to the industry; however, combining the teaching quality and the university's policies restricts students from developing complex problem-solving skills and becoming industry-ready. The semester exams are tough in my department, and most of the courses end up with 60% as the highest score. The grading is relatively harsh at Ahmedabad University. The passing percentage is not 100%, but it is close to 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to study mathematics, not Physics and Chemistry. Also, at Ahmedabad University, a B.Tech student has to complete 146 credits in 4 years. Each course is worth 3 credits, so to complete the credits, AU gives us 11 GERs (General Education Requirement) courses, which include Biology, Performing and Visual Arts, Mathematics, Humanities, and Languages. This means every semester I can take one or more courses outside of my major. Each semester, I have done courses like Psychology, Philosophy, Arts, Economics, Finance, and Business Analytics just to explore my area of interest. It also gives us an option to do a Minor in another major course other than your major. I am doing my minor in Business Analytics. There are more than 16 clubs at AU, including Sports, Music, Dance, Photography, Film, etc. So yes, there are many fests like Sports Fest, Youth Fest, and Tech Fest throughout the year. The campus is really beautiful, and the crowd is too.

Placements: Ahmedabad University offers multiple placement opportunities to its MBA students. The college has a highly active placement cell that has tie-ups with various companies. Top recruiting companies include Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, and TCS. The average salary package offered is between 6 and 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Ahmedabad University. It is well-maintained and developed, and the facilities are of good quality. The campus is big and has a lively environment. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the campus, and labs, a library, and a canteen are also available. Hostel facilities are available for students, and multiple sports facilities are provided.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The exams are easy to pass, and both practical and theoretical knowledge are given.

Almost 50-60% of the students gets placements in the MBA course. College has a strong placements cell which has tried up with various companies for on campus placements.
Infrastructure: Ahmedabad university is having a big campus. College infrastructure is very good. College has top notch facilities for the students. College has classrooms and labs are having Wi-Fi connectivity. Canteen food was good to eat. The nearest bus stop is located at walkable distance.
Faculty: University is having a team of highly qualified and knowledgeable faculty in the MBA course. Faculty was providing good quality teaching to the students. Course curriculum of the college is relevant. Various seminars and workshops are conducted for the students. Exams are easy to pass at this University.
