Yes, Amity Gurugram provides direct admission to candidates fufiling the below-mentioned criteria: Candidates must pass Class 12 (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards) with at least 80% aggregate for direct admission to UG courses. Aspirants eligible for direct admission get exemption from the entrance exam. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form Aspirants with at least 70 percentile in CAT/ MAT exam are eligible for direct admission to MBA course. Such candidates are exempted from entrance test and can directly come for GDPI round. Direct Admission will be offered to BA LLB, B.A. LL.B. (Hons), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and BCom LL.B. (Hons) based on CLAT score of 90 and above, subject to meeting the Minimum Eligibility Criteria prescribed for the programme. NOTE: 1. Direct Admission based on Class 12% is not applicable for the programmes of Architecture / Design / Education/ Fine Arts / Fashion / Law and Physical Education. 2. Direct Admission is not applicable for Post Graduate programs

Good infrastructure and supportive faculty.

Placements: The college offers the placement of every student of my batch but the job roles they offered were not appropriate for us, so we find the job by ourselves and do the OJT by ourselves. Now, the placement cell is working good as compared to two years ago. The college tries to give placements to every student in reputed companies.

Infrastructure: The Amity University campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. All 4 blocks and the hostel have a good Wi-Fi connectivity. We never face any problem in Wi-Fi connectivity at my batch time. The lab facilities are also very good. Every lab has all the facilities as per the government guidelines. Classrooms have good furniture and the facilities are very good. There are fully AC classrooms. The library has all the necessary books as per the recruitment of the students. The seating arrangement of students is very good in the library. The university provides good sports facilities. Regarding medical facilities, the college provides good facilities. The food and canteen quality is good.

Faculty: All the lecturers are very good by nature and by knowledge. They support to the students anytime with the solution of any problems. Mostly, faculty members are PhD holders and having a good experience in industries and teaching. The ratio of student-faculty is 30:1 per class. The faculty members support in taking part in exhibition and campus interviews.

Other: The environment of the college is very peaceful and joyful. The location of the campus is very good. The campus also provides military training to all the students of the campus who are interested in this. The transport facility is also better for outside students from various locations. The college provides a good parking service and the administrator and security support are also good.

My review of this college.

Placements: Amity offers all eligible candidates the opportunity to get placed in MNCs. Amity provides both internships and placements. Mostly, all students are placed. It invites various companies to visit the campus for pre-placement talks, to share requirements for vacant positions, and handpick students for the best-suited roles. Amity University offers 100% placements for its students. Some of the big names include Amazon, Think & Learn, Zycus, ITS, Aditya Birla, Coca-Cola, etc. The average package offered to students is 3.25 LPA. The highest package offered last year was 22 LPA.

Infrastructure: It is great. The hostel is very comfortable with a friendly atmosphere everywhere. Students taking the AC hostel are given separate rooms with an almirah. For a non-AC hostel, the same things are given, but instead of separate rooms for students. They are given 3 sharing and 2 sharing rooms. The food quality is really good in the mess. The campus has many food outlets, which leaves no doubt in getting good food for hostellers and day scholars as well.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified. They use modern ways of teaching using modern tools like computer PPTs, slide presentations, live examples, etc. Most of the faculty members are very good. They are friendly and helpful. One particular faculty member even helped me secure an internship outside college. They go out of their way to help us if we are nice to them. Students have a mentor assigned to them to help them in case of any grievance. Each semester has one set of internal exams and then the final exams. Internal is of 30 marks and external is for 70 marks, a total of 100 marks. There are fun subjects and a lot of practical subjects like radio, photography, graphics, and news analysis. It basically covers all the bases.
