Amity University Noida UP PhDCourses & Fees 2026: Admission, Cutoff, Eligibility, Placements

PhD programme is offered in over 94 specialisations in full-time and part-time modes. The minimum duration of full-time PhD is three years, and the same for part-time PhD is four-and-a-half years. The maximum duration of both PhD programmes is six years each.

The University conducts PhD admissions twice a year - January and July. Amity University conducts a PhD Entrance Test (PET) for PhD admission. Apart from PET, the University also accepts UGC NET/ CSIR/ ICAR (ASRB)/ GPAT/ ICMR/ GATE scores. The final selection of students is based on the entrance exam scores, followed by a computer-based test (CBT) and PI. Below mentioned are the names of all the specialisations offered under full-time and part-time PhD programmes along with the eligibility criteria:

Eligibility criteria: MPhil or master’s degree in the relevant stream with an aggregate of 55%

Note:

• Candidates, who have appeared for UGC NET/ CSIR/ ICAR (ASRB)/ GPAT/ ICMR/ GATE, are exempted from PET
• Candidates, who have completed MTech/ ME/ MS in the relevant stream with an aggregate of 60%, are considered for admission in PhD programmes in Engineering and Technology
• For PhD in f, a candidate must have completed a master’s degree in Law with an aggregate of 55%
