The admission criteria for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) at Amrita School of Architecture for reserved category students includes:
* Candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects, securing at least 50% aggregate marks.
* Candidates must have a valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE Paper 2 conducted by NTA.
* Weightage of marks in the matter of admissions shall be 50% for Aptitude test and 50% for qualifying examination.
* The University in accordance with the guidelines from competent authorities will decide procedure for admission from time to time.
* The Duration of the B.Arch. Programmes will normally be five academic years (ten semesters).
* The B.Arch. degree will be recommended by the Academic Council and approved by the Board of Management in accordance with the regulations of the University.
* The selection process for the 5-Year B.Arch programme includes application submission, entrance test score submission, merit-based shortlisting, counseling, and admission.
* Candidates are shortlisted based on their NATA score and academic performance in qualifying examinations.
* Shortlisted candidates are invited for counseling and interview sessions where seats are allocated based on merit.
