Good infrastructure with moderate placements.
Placements: I am from the 2026 passing out batch of Computer Engineering. 75 to 80 percent of students from my course are placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered is 12 to 14LPA the lowest package offered is 2.8 to 3LPA and the average pacakge offered is 5 to 5.5LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good and it has a nice campus with 3 phases. 1 phase is for Engineering students 2 phase is for Hotel Management students and 3 phase is for MBA and Data Science course students. Our college also has a fashion design course in 3 phases.
Faculty: Faculty are really good they help the students a lot when the students need any help. They are friendly with the students. Many curriculum activities are happening in the college like fests and there are many departments for handling such activities.

College has low placements.
Placements: The average placement for Computer Science Engineering students is around 1% to 2% because the Training and Placement Cell is professional. The highest package in my course is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Companies like edtech and marketing firms come for placements. Around 2% to 3% of students get internships in different tech companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc., but they get these on their own. Roles offered include Software Developer and Assistant Manager.
Infrastructure: There are two libraries for students, but only one library has Wi-Fi. There is a common AC lab for all subjects, as I am from the Computer Science Department. There are non-AC classrooms for my department. Atharva College doesn't have a dedicated hostel for Engineering students. There is a canteen and two playgrounds for sports like basketball, football, and cricket, all of good quality.
Faculty: Teachers are not very helpful. They are qualified but not knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is not good, and students prefer YouTube over them. About 60% of the course is irrelevant, as it follows the old Mumbai University syllabus. It does not make students industry-ready. The exams are quite difficult. Teachers don't provide any important materials. The pass percentage is 70%.

Affordable or expensive - A detailed review of Atharva College of Engineering.
Placements: As a student of Atharva College of Engineering, I have seen that in my branch approximately 50-60% of students get placed while others opt for higher studies or off-campus placements. The highest package that I heard in my college is about 15 LPA I guess. The average salary offered is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, and all service-based. College doesn't provide any internships to students they have to look off-campus only. Roles in companies are mostly development-based based offered.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is all that I like they have 2 libraries, 1 gym, 1 canteen, and 1 cafe with a swimming pool. College doesn't have any hostels. Libraries' Wi-Fi works well during decent traffic. Classrooms are not air-conditioned, though all labs have air-conditioners. The quality of canteen food is also decent.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified to teach the students and solve their doubts. Teacher-to-student relations are friendly. The course curriculum is structured to provide a theory-based foundation. However, many students have noted that it leans more toward theory rather than practical industry-oriented content. Semester exams are conducted by Mumbai University. To pass an exam, you will need to have at least 40% of the total marks.
Other: I chose BE in computer engineering because its my passion for technology and the college's reputable infrastructure. The course has various technological topics to cover. While the college excels in many areas. There are some areas of improvement required I would say the general staff excluding faculty members. The staff has a lot of ego. I don't know what they think they are doing like they feel they are the only ones who can do these tasks. Campus life is perfect. All the fests and events are good.

Reality about my college .
Placements: Approximately 70 percent of students get placement from my college. Others get placed through pool placement. The highest package is 7LPA and the lowest is 3LPA. The top roles offered in my course are web developer, software engineer, quality tester, etc.
Infrastructure: There are well-maintained labs, classrooms and a library in my college. Wi-Fi is only available on some floors of the building. There is no canteen in my college. We have to go out of college to have food. There isn't any hostel service in my college. Students coming from out of Mumbai have to rent flats outside the college area.
Faculty: My department teachers are very helpful. They are well qualified and have good knowledge about what they teach. The course curriculum is mostly theoretical so most of the industry knowledge is not available. We have to gain industry knowledge from other sources. The semester exams are difficult but manageable.

I'm satisfied with this college; it supports everything that students want to do.
Placements: Above 70-80% of students get placement every year.
The highest package is about 10 LPA, and the lowest is about 4-5 LPA.
Placements depend on the performance of the students themselves. If the student works hard, he will undoubtedly earn a package of 10 LPA in CSE.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and very well cleaned. Faculty members are supportive. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in college.
Classrooms are available with AC and also without AC; both are comfortable and have no issues. There is no hostel from college. The canteen and cafe are there; the canteen food is not particularly tasty, but it is reasonably priced. Sports and games are available in huge amounts, and many entertaining events are there. Hostel is not available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good enough; faculty members are good and supportive. Also supports extra activities other than studies; college support to competitions at different levels up to national and international levels. Full guidance from faculty members for everything you want to learn. Exam difficulty is normal. Passing percentage is above 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in computers and technologies. This course helps me to create something my own using technology, and that's my interest. I wish the extra subjects in first and second year that are not related to this course, like BEE and EG, should be removed or made not mandatory. A lot of interesting and competitive events are there in college; you may enjoy them all the year. You can continue to do extracurricular activities outside of college and submit your activities to the college for certification. College provides various scholarships. The college's campus is relatively small. But cleanliness is there. Full of trees, good air, and no noise from surrounding. Metro trains are available within a 10-minute walk.

Review of Atharva College of Engineering, The Atharva Educational Trust.
Placements: In our college, we have no records of placements. Some good performers get placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is available. Buildings are maintained. Things are good and labs are neat. Things get interesting.
Faculty: Faculty members are only beneficial if you want them to be. They provide all topics for studying and always upload things when required. Things are upside down during submission. At that time, they don't shout or pressurize the students. But if you make mistakes or are absent more often, you will get scolded.
Other: Events are well-managed and students are well-mannered. In our college, two main festivals are held. Rhythm (cultural fest), IEEE (technical fest) and there are IV (industrial visit ) But only for rich kids. If the class is not in the mood to study, you can get your lectures canceled. This is only for the CMPN branch but I don't know about others.

I am satisfied because the faculty members are good.
Placements: Almost 80 %of students got placed, the highest salary package offered is 32 LPA from amazon, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Accenture, WPS, amazon, etc. About 69-70% of students get an internship, and the top role offered in our course are we get to work as a volunteer and the best part is getting placed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and a swimming pool is there in our college, classrooms are clean. the hostel is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and the computer engineering courses make students industry-ready. The course curriculum is relevant and also make student industry-ready. 1st and second semesters are of short periods, and so many students get a kt in this two-semester.
Other: I opted for this course because I like coding, and the best thing about my course is that we get a chance to code from the first year itself.

Atharva is a place with great campus and friendly teachers.
Placements: Almost, 78% students got placed this year. The highest package for this year was around 5-6lpa (for on-campus) and 33 lpa (for off-campus. Top recruiting companies like Accenture, Vista, Tech Mahindra, Infosys visit college campus. Our college do not provide internships opportunities as per source.
Infrastructure: The whole Atharva campus sets in lush of greenery. It has cafeteria, libraries and it has Wi-Fi campus. But the saddest truth is mobile is not allowed inside campus. Atharva has swimming pool but entry is restricted (at least for first 2 years). It has well managed labs, auditorium. The whole campus of Atharva is always very attractive.
Faculty: Faculty members at Atharva are very friendly and supportive. All are well-educated and are knowledgeable. Some of them are college toppers and are really passionate about what they are doing. They always motivates us. The college follows curriculum of Mumbai University but the faculty members try to give us updated knowledge too which is the best thing about them. They are best.
Other: Nothing was clear to me about which branch should I choose, as engineering was completely new to me. So I go with flow took CMPN branch on my father's request. But the experience that I got was really astonishing. Faculty members make it so interesting for us that we don't need any further revision. Many events like RHYTHM, TECHFEST takes place at Atharva which make it best.
