STEP 1: The Student Office floats a notification calling-in application from the interested students. The notification of scholarship is generally released within one month of joining along with the datewise schedule.

STEP 2: Students must then fill out the online application form and add necessary enclosures, fetch a strong recommendation of their skills from the faculty members (if applicable) and must submit the hardcopy of Avantika University scholarships form to the Student Office.

STEP 3: The Scrutiny Committee then forwards the qualified applications to the Avantika Award Committe.

STEP 4: The Avantika Award Committee goes through all the applications and approves the final list of Avantika University scholarship achievers. 

STEP 5: Selected students then receive the congratulatory mail along with relevant details.

Avantika University BTech admission 2024 has been commenced by the University and the candidates who want to take admission to the BTech programme must apply for admission on the official website of the University. 

Students willing to pursue an BTech from Avantika University must appear for the entrance exams followed by a personal interview round. Students must apply for the Avantika Scholastic Test (AST) conducted by the university for BTech admission. Further, the university also accepts valid score of few of the national exams JEE/MPCET/CUET or any state-level exam. However, before applying for the exams candidates must make sure to have valid BTech eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 or equivalent examination from any stream and must have obtained at least 50% aggregate in all subjects with proficiency in the English language.

The students who are pursuing various programmes from the affiliated colleges of Avantika University can avail various scholarships, tuition fee waiver schemes, and teaching and research assistance. Avantika University offers admission to BTech course based on entrance exam scores of the candidate. The university considers scores in JEE Main, CUET or any other state-level entrance exams. The university also conducts Avantika Scholastic Test (AST) for BTech admission. Besides, candidates must also fulfil the eligibility requirements to get a seat in the BTech programme.

Avantika University considers JEE Main scores for admission to BTech programmes. However, it not compulsory to have a JEE Main score for admission. Aspirants with a valid score in CUET or any other state-level entrance exam can also get admission. Besides, the university also conducts AST or Avantika Scholastic Test for BTech admission. Aspirants with JEE Main score are open to some of the BTech scholarships offered by the university.

Avantika University admission is entrance-based/ Personal Interview-based. A minimum of Class 12 is required for the undergraduate programme and a Bachelor's degree in the relevant stream for postgraduate programmes admissions. Avantika University offers BDes programme at the undergraduate level and MDes programme at the postgraduate level. Both the Avantika University design courses can be considered as a good option. Students pursuing design courses get internship and placement opportunities. The placement rate for BDes students is high and various reputed national and multinational companies take part in the placement process.   

Avantika University admissions are either based on entrance exam scores or performance of candidates in the Personal Inteview round. Any of the affiliated colleges or institutes of Avantika University does not offer direct admission in any of the programmes offered at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. The university considers scores in JEE Main, CUET, UCEED, etc. for admission to specific programme. Avantika University also conducts written test for some of the programmes such as BBA, MBA, BCA, etc.
