Bananasthali Vidyapith course admissions to all courses is both merit and entrance-based. The university offers admission to various UG and PG courses. The university conductes Banasthali University Aptitude Test for admission to selective courses such as BTech, MBA, BSc Nursing, LLM, etc. There is no way to get direct admission to these courses. Admissions are solely based on entrance exam. However for courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MSc, etc.,. There is no requirement to qualify for any entrance exam. Candidates are only required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and fill an online application form. Based on the past academic records of the applicants, the university will select the right candidates.
The university offers 15+ undergraduate courses in the disciplines of Mathematics, Science, Management, Commerce, Arts, Engineering, Aviation, Education, Design, Law, and Journalism. It also offers 60+ masters and 25+ PhD courses in the disciplines of Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Commerce and Management. The popular courses of Banasthali Vidyapith are BTech and MBA. These courses are offered across various specialisations. Admission to most of the courses at Banashtali Vidyapith is entrance-based. Whereas, for other courses, candidates are selected based on their previous merit scores.
Banasthali Vidyapith admissions are currently open. The university usually releases the admission form in April. As per the NIRF 2025 placement report under engineering caregory (UG - 4 year prgramme) of the academic year 2023-24 the number of students were 804 out of which 692 students were placed successfully. The median salary of the students was nine lacs fifty thousand per annum. 54 students were selected for higher studies. During the academic year of 2023-24 (PG 2 year programme), the number of graduated were 16 out of which 7 got placed. The median salary they got was eight lakhs twenty thousand per annum.
