It is good, but it can be better. Birla School of Applied Sciences faculty members need a change.

Placements: To be honest, not everyone gets placed, and only the ones with skills get placed. CGPA is also not a problem now, and we just have to be confident enough to perform well in the interview. Many students who are good at what they do get early internships, mostly at STPI Gothapatna, Bhubaneswar. Percentage is not an issue, and I think students just score above 7 CGPA and are prepared for the interview. Only one of my seniors got a permanent post at a company. So I suggest students don't run for marks but develop skills.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is actually good. Everything is provided. All classrooms have AC, fields, and a court for playing and conducting matches. The library is also very attractive, and we will find all books for our designed course there. Wi-Fi is also available to everyone and in every corner of the college. Labs are also efficient, and no inefficiency of computers or connections exists. Hostel rooms also have AC (every room). It provides laundry too, and 4 times meals a day.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but some lack the way to make us understand. Otherwise, every faculty is qualified and certified. All faculty members are doctorates here. In exams, questions are not too difficult but not too easy. The pass percentage, as in CGPA, is probably 4.46 CGPA.

Other: I chose this course because the pressure is a little less in studies here, but it's not that simple. I have to work hard for everything to achieve something. The mess is really good here. Meals feel almost home-cooked. Many events are organised, like Smart India hackathon, Ideathon, and Mediosa. It conducts almost every sport, ramp walk, dance, songs, drama, and everything. The main fest that the college organises is Spectra, which is a cultural event and Atos named sports event where the competition is between every college that wishes to participate. Stars come to entertain. DJs are provided.

It is the best college but not the least.

Placements: 30% of students get placed, but it is still in process, and more are yet to come. The lowest package is 2 LPA. The highest package is 3.5 LPA and not more than that. Quislex, Chelson Gordon Consultancy, and Pramata are the leading companies that visit the college for placements. 30% of students get internships. A legal executive role is offered here.

Infrastructure: Hostel, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities are available. There are good rooms, and cleaners come every day. AC is available in every room. The food quality is good, but some think it is not good, so we manage that somehow. I would say the overall food is good and tastes better than other colleges.

Faculty: Every faculty member is well-trained. They will help in every path of our lives. They will guide us smoothly. They are always just a call away. They are also cooperative. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are not difficult if we study. Otherwise, it is hard.

Good campus with supportive faculty, decent placements, and clean hostels.

Placements: Placements at BGU are really good for MBA, with some students getting up to 16 LPA, while BBA and BBA LL.B. have decent placements depending on performance. Overall, the placements are great if you get good opportunities and focus on your skills. You can get a good placement here.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of BGU is very nice, with clean classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, and a well-maintained library. The hostel rooms are clean with 24x7 water and electricity, and the food in the mess is decent with good variety. Sports facilities and mess facilities are available on campus, making it a comfortable place to stay and study.

Faculty: Faculty at BGU is helpful and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is clear and practical. The course curriculum is updated and makes students ready for the industry with case studies and presentations. Exams are moderate if you study well, and most students pass without any difficulty.

Other: I chose this course because it has a good balance of practical learning and theory. The best part is the campus environment and the regular events and fests that keep us engaged. Connectivity to the city is also good, and the crowd here is friendly and helpful.

Birla Global University is one of the best colleges in Odisha for BBA.

Placements: 75% of the students were placed in the highest package offered in my course is 18 LPA and the lowest was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte, SBI, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. 60% of the students who got internships from college in STP. The companies offered in our course by managers.

Infrastructure: Birla Global University provides all types of facilities that a student needs in a college career like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, and 24-hour access to Wi-Fi. The best quality of facilities are provided in our hostel. If anyone needs the medicine they will get on time today into the room.

Faculty: Teachers like Satyakam Sir, Saraswati M'am, and Piyush Gupta Sir are qualified from the top IIMs and schools like IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay, and IIM Kolkata. They are very helpful and well-qualified. Some companies come here to recruit students and companies like Deloitte, and ICICI Bank are the top phones.

Other: I choose this course because it would provide me a deep knowledge about how business is run and how to make a startup like I want to make a startup for my own company and on the business from the route.

Absolutely dissatisfied with facilities as they are not provided for day scholars only hostellers.

Placements: 10% of students got placed in one company under graduation level unfortunately. The average package offered by ADP is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course are ADP and PWC. But PWC has not move forward after giving the aptitude test. Our college does not provide any internship but only provides research papers. We have to find our own. Nothing is offered in my course unfortunately.

Infrastructure: No good facilities are provided in my course Wi-Fi and network issues are there and we face a lot of time. When we are passing out, classrooms are getting smart and developing. I am a day scholar and I have not received many facilities from the university other than hostellers. Hostellers are getting more facilities than use but in mess food quality is low and we find insects, etc.

Faculty: I must say our management faculty teaches well, 1-2 teachers teaching quality is bad. But rest are well, they motivate and guide us to reach our goal. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are not so tough, if we attend all classes and listen carefully. They provide all study materials and notes. We find question papers are moderate. Passing percentage is 33 out of 100.

Other: I chose this course to learn about business, gain knowledge about corporate lines, and learn management skills. The best thing about my course is that I get a base for MBA after BBA and I can do something and get experience. I wish college would improve food quality and for day scholars they should facilitate sports, games, and others. Our college conducts best fest with high security, and it is also free for other universities.

Review of Birla Global University.

Placements: They are not giving promised salary packages. The salary package offered to students is 4.25 LPA but they only gave 2.4 LPA. Many students do not get placements, and many students opt for a masters or MBA. There are no placements in this college, and many students are getting jobs in security like SIS.

Infrastructure: The food is very bad. We pay Rs. 36,000 per semester, but we are not eating food worth Rs. 1,000 per semester. There are insects in food, and we can't eat the food as it is unlike. Classrooms and hostel are okay, not so good. Wi-Fi is also not working properly.

Faculty: Faculty members are not supportive. They are not teaching well. They do not help in any subject. Many teachers are absent. They debar us from exams for low attendance. It charges Rs. 1,000 for back paper, and HOD does not help us.

Other: The college is very bad, and I suggest students do not take admission here.
