The first-year of the UG course is divided into two semesters. There are a total of 12 subjects included in the course curriculum. Candidates must meet course-specific eligibility requirements for BPharm course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Biology Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects and adequate in English, and obtained a minimum of 75% overall aggregate. The aspirants must hold the pass certificates at the time of form filling/admission. These documents are required for verification purposes.

There are a total of 60 seats for the BPharm programme at BITS Pilani. The seat allotment process is carried out as per on the basis of applicants scores in BITSAT. BIT Pilani cutoff list for the BPharm course is prepared as per the applicants BITSAT scores. Hence, the cutoff marks vary every year. Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination of the 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board, or its equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate competence in English in order to be admitted to all of the Integrated First-Degree Programs, with the exception of B. BITS has a total of four campuses, and these are located in Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai.
