Love BITS Pilani. Academics are tiring, but a great college to be in.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and teach really well. Even though the curriculum is very interesting, the only thing is that academics are a little hard and take up a lot of time. The exam levels in mid-semester and end-semester are pretty difficult, and even the average goes high because of a lot of really smart students on campus.

We have a vibrant campus and great peers.

Faculty: Almost all teachers hold Ph.D. degrees, and some of them are from foreign universities. Professors are really passionate and helpful. The curriculum keeps modifying according to industry demands. Exams in any form of evaluation are always ongoing to maintain academic focus.

I have a well-rounded experience at BITS Goa.

Faculty: All teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching techniques of some teachers are questionable. The course curriculum is more relevant than that of other colleges. Semester exams are not that tough, but good preparation is important. The course curriculum is very student-friendly and focuses on concept-based learning.

Impressed by the campus, placements, and legacy of BITS Pilani.

Faculty: Exams are difficult, but the course curriculum is decent. They are trying to adapt to new methods, such as making engineering drawing digital, and have introduced some courses to counter mental pressure. Overall, the teaching staff are good, and the system of tutorials is very effective.

Great college, great crowd, and an amazing option for motivated and disciplined students.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with vast experience in their respective fields, and they teach exceptionally well. The student–faculty ratio is also good. The course curriculum is up to date and is revised every year to remain relevant. Since BITS is inspired by MIT, it follows an international, modern, and industry-oriented curriculum. The institute follows a continuous evaluation system, so the final exam carries relatively less weight, although it is still a majo...

I'm too glad to be a part of my college. Everything is better here than at most colleges in India.

Faculty: Teachers here are very nice to approach, highly knowledgeable, experienced, and highly qualified. Many teachers here have studied abroad, and many are from IITs and NITs, like good institutions. Not my current course properly, but the B.E course I'll get in 2nd year will definitely make students industry-ready. Semester exams are too difficult as BITS has one of the toughest relative grading systems in India. It makes it difficult for students to get a good CGPA. The pass percentage varies with ...

Overview of BITS Pilani, campus life, academics, placements, extra curriculars.

Faculty: Most teachers are highly qualified, usually have done lots of great research, especially if you're looking to do some projects under them. Teaching material and quality are helpful, and usually the tests are quite challenging, requiring a thorough knowledge of the course. Attendance is less strict than in other colleges, and one gets a lot of opportunities to build their profile in terms of extracurriculars. Usually, the passing criteria for exams are not much, but to get a good grade, consisten...

It provides freedom to explore personal interests.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Students can visit their chambers at given hours for one-to-one doubt clearing as well as in either lectures or tutorial sessions. Semester exams can be a bit stressful because of the good competition, but students also help each other alongside the faculty.

Worth the high fees due to ROI, but after entering, hard work is expected to excel.

Faculty: Teachers, especially in my department, are very helpful, supportive, interactive, and open to doubts all the time. All are Ph.D. holders from reputable institutions and have great knowledge of the subject. Curriculum is also up to the mark, exams are an integral part of evaluation, combined with continuous evaluation. Pass percentage is high.

The college has good infrastructure, environment, facilities, and placement prospects.

Faculty: The pass percentage should be well over 90%. Exams can be considered difficult and hectic, especially the midterms. Teachers are very knowledgeable, and I believe what we are taught is largely relevant to the industry. The course doesn't feel outdated, and students have benefited from industry training through internship programs, preparing them to be industry-ready, in my opinion.

Review of BITS Pilani K K Birla, Goa Campus.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They have doctorates and master's degrees in several fields. The exams are conducted every month (quizzes, mid-semester, and final exams). Labs are conducted weekly and have evaluative components also. Semester exams are very tough and the average is very low. The pass percentage varies but is usually 25% of the total marks of the subject.

Ups and downs of BITS through some unknown insights.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful. They set up a Chembur consultation hour which helps us to get a one-on-one interaction with them. The course curriculum is based on Massachusetts University as it is one of the leading universities of the world. Questions are logically based instead of rote learning. Exams are quite difficult, which makes us more competitive.

Worth it to take admission here.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful and knowledgeable; they also help those students who are not able to grasp the concepts they are taught in the classroom. Teaching quality is top-notch. The course designed by BITS Pilani is relevant and industry-ready. The semester exams are good if you understand the concepts clearly.

One of the best engineering colleges in India.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent. All of them are professors who have decades of experience and are really warm and welcoming toward new students. The exams are pretty difficult because BITS works on a relative grading score, i.e., your marks are compared with others', and then you are given a ranking rather than having a fixed-point system where if you get a certain number of marks, you will be given a certain grade. The pass percentage is very high, around 80-90%.
