Refund after deduction of Rs. 1,000/- if admission is cancelled till the last date of admission i.e. the last date for admission as specified by the institute.
Refund after deduction of Rs. 5,000/- if admission is cancelled after the last date of admission and the student does not join the institute at all.
If a student joins the institute and then withdraws, the refund will be as follows:
a. If the student withdraws before 30th September of the first semester, the refund will be 50% of the semester fees.
b. If the student withdraws between 1st October and 31st December of the first semester, the refund will be 25% of the semester fees.
c. No refund will be given if the student withdraws after 31st December of the first semester.
Note: The above refund policy is applicable for the students admitted in the Academic Year 2025-26.
