Bundelkhand University releases the application form usually in April. As per the schedule, below are tentative dates for admission:

Bundelkhand University considers AKTU Entrance Test or Bundelkhand University Entrance Test scores for admission to BTech. Aspirants do not require passing JEE Main for admission to BTech programme of the university. Candidates must also meet the eligibility requirements for admission. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with at least 50% aggregate can apply for BTech.

Bundelkhand University, Jhansi offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Computer Applications, Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration, Banking Economics & Finance, Pharmacy, Law, Mathematics, Statistics Library Automation, International Business Management, Food Science and Technology and Geology, and so on. Moreover, the courses include BTech, MTech, MA, BDes, MSc, etc. Admission to various courses through an entrance test and direct admission (through merit) in its campus and affiliated colleges. The University conducts its own entrance test, for admission to some UG and PG courses. Candidates seeking admission to affiliated colleges have to apply separately on the concerned college website.

Bundelkhand University does offer direct admission based on merit of the aspirants to a limited courses. The university considers qualifying exam scores for admission to BA, BA (Hons), and other programmes. For most of the courses, aspirants either have to appear for university-level or national-level entrance exams.
