Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) - Batch of 2024
Offered by Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya

Review of Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya.
Placements: As per the B.A. degree, relatively expected placements are low, as most students opt for higher education, or they prefer professional courses. The average package ranges from 3-5 LPA. The top companies that recruit students are generally local companies in the city. Approximately 30-35% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: The campus has a Wi-Fi facility and well-made labs. Classrooms are big and well-accommodated. The library is well-stocked with books and highly resourceful. The hostel food is good. The college campus has a canteen, and it is the best thing. There is a full garden, and the college is surrounded by greenery all around.
Faculty: Teachers are so well-versed. They are very helpful and are mostly PhD holders. They are highly knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is historic and is generally relevant. Semester exams are easy, but still, there exist students who fail in them.

In my opinion, students should not take admission to this college.
Placements: None of the students get placed in our course so if students are searching for placements then they should not come to this college. If there is no placement then there will be no package and there will be no companies too. No companies will come to provide internships. Top roles are not offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is only okay and not so good at our college. There is Wi-Fi in our college, but the Wi-Fi doesn't have high speed. Classrooms do not have AC and the library doesn't have silence in it. Hostels are bad too like class and fans don't work properly in it.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful at all. Teachers are not qualified and do not have that much knowledge. The teaching quality is not that much good too and it's only theoretical, not practical. The course curriculum is not relevant. We have to do so much training to be industry-ready.
Other: There are no best things about the course. No fests are held in our college. The campus crowd is a little much. There are scholarships for students.

All things are good, but placements are too slow.
Placements: Companies for internships as well as placements are coming to select candidates. However, the process has been affected in the past year due to changes in the placement officer. Now, the new placement officer is working too fast to provide good placement opportunities for students enrolled in this course.
Infrastructure: The hostel has good infrastructure and a good environment, with each student having their room. Facilities such as proper drinking RO water are available at all times. Proper facilities of hygienic bathrooms and toilets are provided here. Proper care of students is maintained here.
Faculty: Professors have good knowledge of the recommended subjects and share their views with students in a proper manner. They put in their full effort to the success of students in the journey of the course and even after its completion.
Other: The environment is too good and provides a peaceful place for education.

There are no placements, and you should not take admission to this college.
Placements: Honestly, the placement scene at our college is really disappointing. There are zero campus placements and no help with finding internships. The placement cell doesn't do much, and students are left to figure things out on their own. It's frustrating, especially when you expect some support for your career from the college, and they don't provide any placements or internships.
Infrastructure: The food in our mess is just terrible, tasteless, oily, and the same boring stuff every day. Half the time, it's not even fresh. Eating here feels like a punishment. The infrastructure is average. Hostels don't have AC for the summer, making them feel like the worst.
Faculty: The semester exams in this college are not very hard. I think anyone can pass them by studying for just 20-25 days. All the semester exams are comes from the previous 10 years' exams, so anyone can pass by just reading the last 10 years' semester exam papers. Teachers do not help that much to pass.
Other: Our college doesn't host any fests, no cultural events, no tech fests, nothing. It's just classes and assignments, making college life is so much boring.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2019

A very good college for studying.
Placements: Production Engineers and Purchase Engineers, some serve as lieutenants in the Indian Army and also work in top industries. Some are working with the Haryana Police and Punjab Police. Others are placed in top MNCs like Hero, Honda, and Maruti Suzuki Pvt Ltd. JBM.
Infrastructure: The faculty and labs are good. Projectors are available in every class, and every faculty member has their cabin. Each department's teachers are very friendly with the students. The transport department has teachers and sports coaching available as well. The college has a gym where students can work out.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified from IITs and NITs with in-depth knowledge of their subjects. Yes, the curriculum is related to industrial engineering, and all parts are available in the labs. The IC labs for engines are open and show how to fit components. Solar projects are prepared for the final year.
Other: There are festivals held every year and sports activities once a month in college.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) - Batch of 2024

5Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
It has decent infrastructure and campus life. It needs progress in teachers and industry exposure.
Placements: In B. Pharmacy, around 60-80% of students get placed, depending on the college. The highest salary package offered ranges from 8-12 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 3-5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 2-3 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our course are Cipla, Sun Pharma, and Dr. Reddy's. Internships are offered by major pharma companies for roles like QA, R&D, and production.
Infrastructure: Chaudhary Bansi Lal University offers Wi-Fi-enabled campuses, well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, and a resourceful library. Hostels provide basic amenities, with decent food in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are also available on campus. Sports grounds and events support recreation.
Faculty: Teachers in reputed colleges are often highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable, providing strong academic and practical support. The teaching quality generally meets industry standards, with interactive lectures and project-based learning. The course curriculum is designed to stay relevant and often updated to match industry trends, ensuring students are equipped with the necessary technical and soft skills to be industry-ready. Semester exams vary in difficulty, testing both theoretical understanding and practical applications. For most institutions, the pass percentage ranges between 85-95%, as students are well-prepared through regular assessments, tutorials, and guidance from faculty members.
Other: I chose the pharmacy course because of its role in healthcare innovation and patient care. The best aspects of this course are practical labs, knowledgeable faculty members, and career options in pharma and research. It should provide more industry internships and updated teaching. It has vibrant campus life with fests, good connectivity, a diverse crowd, scholarships, and extracurricular activities, which make it enriching.
