Candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1,200 (plus transaction charges and taxes as applicable) to complete online registration for PhD and BSc B.Ed course. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one department in case of PhD, the non-refundable fee has to be submitted accordingly. Aspirants can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes.

Central University of Rajasthan offers BTech and BTech Integrated courses based on JEE Main scores. Candidates having valid JEE Main ranks will be allowed to take part in JoSAA counselling rounds. Candidates applying via CUET-UG and CUET-PG have to fill out the application form for the respective exam. Central University of Rajasthan selects candidates for most of the PG courses such as MTech, MBA, MSc, MCom, etc. based on CUET-PG score. CUET-UG is accepted for Integrated BSc-MSc programme. The university also accepts other national-level entrance exams such as GATE, JEE Main, etc. Candidates seeking admission via entrance exams other than CUET are required to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university after selection.
