The Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) is located at Thiruvarur in Tamil Nadu. CUTN has an active placement cell that offers various placement opportunities to its students so that they can be well-set up at in the corporate world. According to the university records, it succeeded in offering decent placements to nearly 60% of the students. The average packages offer range from 8LPA-10 LPA while the highest salary package offered was that of 25 LPA. These packages and the chance of getting a placement entirely depends on the student's course or majors as well. Technical courses enjoy a better edge in this case for being recruiting students in various institutes as compared to other non-core courses.The average package for UG courses was INR 2.4 LPA, and for PG (2-year) and Integrated PG courses, the average package was INR 3.46 LPA and INR 4.78 LPA, respectively.  In order to find the best candidates for this company, many large companies visit Centra University of Tamil Nadu. Some of these are ITC Limited, TVS Motors, Aditya Birla Foundation, Namco Corporation, Scope Foundation, Levi's & Tommy Hilfiger. Each year, about 70% of the students are given placements with a nice salary. The highest median salary of a post grad student in 2002 is INR 900,000 and many other things, from NIRF data.

   Courses offered by Central University of Tamil Nadu are  B.Sc., B.A., MPA, and BPA at the undergraduate level, and PG Diploma, M.A., and M.Sc. for postgraduate studies

The recent placement package offered to BSc graduates at the Central University of Tamil Nadu has not been officially released. However, as per the NIRF report 2024, the university has recorded a median package of INR 2.04 LPA for BSc students. Moreover, this is the overall three-year UG median package for courses. Hence, it might not be specific to the BBA course. 

Additionally, the university has recorded the placement record of INR 4.88 LPA as the median package offered to integrated PG courses.
