There are different entrance exams accepted by Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University.  Masters in Housing Design at CEPT University focused on developing expertise in the architectural design of Housing. The programme will primarily focus on preparing architecturally innovative, thoughtful, and contextually sensitive housing designs.  The course also focuses on evolving housing types to reflect the social changes, technology innovations, building regulations, landscape strategies, land efficiency and climate response to inform and strengthen the quality of housing designs in urban areas.

The course is divided into four semesters and second semester is exchange opportunity. In every semeters, 18 credits are there and electives and summer winter school consist of 12 credits. However, in every semester studio unit is subject is compulsory for MArch Interior Design at CEPT University.

Candidate who are lookig for MArch admission at CEPT University need to meet the pre-defined educational qualifications. The student should pass BArch with 55% aggregate and 50% is for reserved category. However, the selection criteria for the course is merit-based.
