Overall, the best university for Masters in Housing Design Course.

Placements: Over 83% of the pupils were placed. The monthly remuneration is between Rs. 16,000 and Rs. 35,000. The leading recruitment firms include Hire Designers, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hyundai, and others. Architects, urban planners, and others roles are provided. Over 80 percent of pupils are able to find work.

Infrastructure: The facilities are first-rate. The library provides free Wi-Fi and a vast assortment of books on a variety of subjects. There are additional places with Wi-Fi connectivity. The campus has a number of dining options. A hospital is also located on site. Most of the hostels contain a courtyard, a stadium, and five grounds where students can play sports including hockey, cricket, and soccer.

Faculty: Teachers are strict and friendly as a rule; they teach us in a meaningful way through regular technical visits The curriculum prepares us for jobs. Tests are based on monthly internal reviews and one-month tests. It is easy and can be scored by studying before a week or two. Pass rate is 80%.

Masters in Urban Planning - Batch of 2024

Overall, it is the best university for a master's in urban planning course.

Placements: Around 90% of students get placements from our batch. The average salary package offered ranges from 21-37 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 49 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 15 LPA. Consulting firms, contracting organizations, and BIM developers are some of the companies that recruit students from our course. Top recruiters are ICF, L&T Infrastructure, AIILSG, etc. Our college supports internship opportunities between semesters.

Infrastructure: The college has a wonderful system-based design and wonderful unconventional school classrooms. We have studios where we play nonstop music over loudspeakers, host parties, and have open conversations with teachers. Wi-Fi is available. The library is located on the 4th floor. Medical services are provided, and the hostel chaos is minimal.

Faculty: The college has a very helpful and well-qualified faculty members. Teaching methods such as presentations, field trips, etc., are used for better understanding. The course curriculum is very helpful and useful. The internship helped me a lot to understand fieldwork. Semester exams are relatively tough and the pass percentage of students is 65%.

Amazing campus, library, and workshop.

Placements: There is one placement cell, that manages the placements. Faculty members who teach us often come from an industrial background, and are already working or have worked in the market. Many times, it is these faculty members from whom or through whom we can expect opportunities to work. Also, the internships that we do, might go on to become our workplace, considering we have done substantial and meaningful work.

Infrastructure: It is an animal-friendly college, and the campus has tons of trees which is amazing. Wi-Fi has been provided on campus. Lilavati Lalbhai library is top-notch, with amazing in-house and out-house productions. Canteens could sure do with certain updates. We will have to look out for the summers, they are a bit harsh, given we rarely use air-conditioning. A new set of hostels is being constructed and should begin functioning in the second half of 2025. The holder group of hostels and the mess are surrounded by neem trees as well, all-in-all a very comfortable stay.

Faculty: We have a vertical-level studio system. The third and second-year students study in level 2 studios likewise, the 4th and 5th year students study in the level 3 studios. Each semester comes with a set of pre-existing and newer studios, alongside 2-3 mandates. This allows us to expand and explore a lot, no matter the course specifications. The studio location process each semester needs to change, and should be worked upon. We give juries at the end of each semester explaining to the juniors our design process, and the final outcome.

Placements: For a bachelor's in architecture, placements are better at CEPT University. Every year, around 90% of students joined this university. The average salary package offered is around 20 LPA. Companies like Ryan Creative Living, Sanjay Puri Architects, Uniscadd, Morphogenesis, and Hafiz Contractor visited our campus. Senior roles offered are architectural technician, interior designer, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college offers a wide range of courses in several subject areas. The overall infrastructure of our college is excellent. We are given delicious and hygienic food. Students' ability to enter and exit the school is subject to specific limitations. Additionally, the site has all medical facilities.

Faculty: Our university is good at providing academic instruction. Students can choose the courses they want to study apart from a few compulsory courses. Placements: CEPT University is one of the best colleges for designing courses. Every year, about 70-80% of the students get a campus placement in our university. Our average offer ranges from 10 LPA to 25 LPA. Key recruiters are Studio Symbiosis, SWA, Morphosis, HCP Design, Morphogenesis, etc. They offer high-quality services for Transportation Planner, Urban Designer, and more.

Infrastructure: CEPT University boasts advanced technological facilities. The library is of an outstanding class and one of the best in the country. There are so many books to choose from, and everything is included. The hostels are within walking distance of the campus, and students often choose hostels over rented apartments.

Faculty: The instructors were very qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable enough. Good teaching is the best, and teachers are happy to answer our questions. This curriculum is appropriate because the students were trained to be entrepreneurs. There is also a workshop where we explore new ideas and can execute them afterwards. Semester exams are easy. It's quite difficult to get B.Arch at CEPT UNIVERSITY .It have higher cut-off marks which is 120 and sometimes more.The basic cut-off for NATA is 70.
