CEPT University Course Admissions 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Dates & Selection Process

CoA will not release the NATA 2026 counselling dates. No common counselling process will be held for NATA qualified candidates. For admissions, the candidates will have to individually apply to their preferred institute. The individual counselling dates will be prepared and released by the participating institutes. After the scrutiny of online applications is done the candidate will receive email at the registered ID. However, the candidate can check the online application process at CEPT University for BArch programme:

• Create an account by registering at the official website.
• A verification email will be sent to the registered email ID
• Click on the link sent in the email to verify your credentials
• Go to the login page and enter your registered email ID and password
• “Select the Program to Apply” page will appear. Select the programme of your choice
• Applications for multiple programmes can be submitted from the same login by clicking on the tab “Apply to a different program”
• After filling up the form and uploading the necessary documents, click the Save & Preview button.
• After previewing the form, click the Submit & Pay button. The system will take you to the payment gateway to pay for the application. The application fee is INR 1,500 (inclusive of tax).
• After the successful payment, an application form is generated with the application number which can be downloaded from the My Application tab.

Candidates will be eligible to apply and attempt one or more sessions of NATA. In case a candidate appears for 2 tests, the best of the 2 scores shall be the valid score and in the case of more than 2 attempts, the valid score shall be the average of the best scores. All candidates will be required to mandatory qualify at least one session of NATA to be eligible for B.Arch admissions into the respective Architecture colleges and institutes. Candidates are advised to attempt as many sessions as they can to have a higher chance of securing good scores.

CEED 2026 result will be announced online on the official website of the exam - ceed.iitb.ac.in. The results were declared on March 04, 2025.

CEPT University application fee varies depending on the course. For each undergraduate course such as BTech (Hons), BArch and BDes (Hons), the application fee is INR 1.5K. For the postgraduate applications, the fee is INR 3.5K for the first application and INR 1K for every subsequent application. Students can pay the fee after filling out the application form. For the candidates at CEPT University who are eligible for admission, 50% of the aggregate marks of all subjects of the qualifying examination Class 12 and 50% weightage required of the valid score obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for the corresponding year shall be considered as the merit mark for the BArch programme.

Admission offer will be sent by registered email ID to the eligible candidates in the order of their merit rank to their registered email IDs. The candidate shall be prepared to pay the fees in two-three working days after receiving the online admission offer.

Interviews for MDes course at CEPT University will be conducted online. Candidates should be prepared with all documents submitted, portfolio, thesis/dissertation or final year project as well as a sketch book and soft pencil while appearing for the interview. Candidates should have Zoom software installed with good quality internet and video available. Aspirant should ensure high-speed internet connections because any delay due to connectivity issues will not be entertained.

• The 1st step of UCEED 2026 counseling is online registration. The counseling registration process for UCEED will be conducted starting the 2nd week of March 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam and have been assigned a merit rank in UCEED were eligible to participate in the counseling process. 
• The 2nd step is the selection of campuses. Eligible candidates must register for counseling and select their preferred colleges in order of priority during registration.
• In the 3rd step, seat allotment is made. The allotment of seats is as per the merit rank of the candidate in UCEED and the choices selected. Post the allotment of seats, the candidate has to pay the seat acceptance fee and confirm their admission.

Daft answer keys of UCEED 2026 was released on January 20, 2026. To upload comments, the candidate will have to go to the UCEED 2026 admission portal and click on the relevant link. The candidate will have to next log in using their candidate credentials. After logging in, fill in the objection form, upload supporting documents, and pay the relevant fees.

IIT Bombay declared the results of UCEED 2025 on March 7, 2025. The results were announced for all candidates who appeared in the design entrance exam. However, merit ranks were released only for those who qualified Part A and were shortlisted. Part B answer booklets of candidates who failed to qualify Part A were not evaluated. The qualifying marks for Part A were released around the time of the result declaration.
