These two are good in terms of resources and infrastructure. But You need a good JEE score for UG and GATE score for PG. SPA is much cheaper than CEPT.

Yes, they do accept, but it depends on the which Bachelor's programme you choose, suppose you take BCT (Bachelors in Construction Technology) -
In that, you need JEE Paper - 2

Though, below are the official guidelines for the Bachelor in Construction Technology.
1) Bachelors in Construction Technology (BCT) Course, candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from an eligible Board from the school located in India (Including Gujarat State) with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time and have appeared in JEE (Main) of the corresponding year.
As per AICTE, for admission to Bachelors in Construction Technology program a candidate should have,
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (Any of the three). Obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together.
2) Candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from schools located outside India with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time, and equivalency defined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi shall be eligible for admission.
3) The candidate shall have to pass all the subjects of the qualifying examination from a single Board.
