Dharmsinh Desai University BBA is an undergraduate programme that is four years long. The university also offers a three-year BBA in Hotel Management. Admission to BBA at DDU is provided based on Class 12 scores.

- Candidates must have passed Class 12 from Gujarat HSCE Board/CBSE/ICSE from a school situated in Gujarat state.
- Candidates who have passed the above qualifying examination from a school outside the Gujarat state or other State Boards, but whose parents are transferred/deputed in Gujarat will also be considered if they satisfy other qualifying conditions and provide the eligibility certificate and transfer documents to the satisfaction of the University
- Candidates must have passed the above qualifying examination with English as a subject

MBA admission at Dharmsinh Desai University is provided to candidates through ACPC counselling, subject to fulfilment of the DDU MBA eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility criteria, the applicants must have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in their bachelor's degree to be eligible for admission. A relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility requirement is provided to candidates belonging to the SC/ST/SEBC/EWS category. Additionally, candidates must have a valid CMAT score to participate in the ACPC counselling.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat for BTech at DDU Nadiad are required to report their admission by visiting the Reporting Centre with the following documents:
To register for ACPC counselling, candidates will need a scanned copy of the following documents:
- Passport size photograph in JPEG format (100 kb or lower)
- Birth date proof/School Leaving certificate/Aadhar Card
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Original Final Semester mark sheet of graduation which shows obtained Percentage Marks or CGPA
- Valid CMAT scorecard
- Caste Certificate/Income Certificate/Physical Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Non Creamy Layer Certificate for SEBC (In Gujarati, issued by the officers of Gujarat government)
No, the DDU does not give direct admissions. All admissions to UG and PG courses are done through entrance exams. The exams for different courses are aken by DDU itself.
The entrance exams for UG courses are:
DDUCET (Dharmsinh Desai University Common Entrance Test) for engineering and technology courses
DDUPAT (Dharmsinh Desai University Pharmacy Aptitude Test) for pharmacy courses
DDUMCA (Dharmsinh Desai University Management Common Admission Test) for MBA and MCA courses

DDU GKP NEET PG cutoff 2025 has been released for round 2 for admission to the MD and MS courses. The round 2 cutoff ranged from 2339 to 77876, wherein the hardest course for admission was MD in General Medicine course.
