- Questions are of objective nature and of four alternatives multiple choice types.
- There is no negative marking in the M.Ed. admission test.
- Weightage marks are given to candidates of certain categories, such as participating in National Level or State Level or Inter-University sports and games, and NCC certificates.
- Female candidates are provided with a redeemable weightage of 2% of maximum marks of the entrance test.
- Not more than two of the weightage criteria can be added, and not more than 7 percent weightage will be applicable to a candidate on the basis of any two of the above criteria.
