CUET Seat Allotment 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) had released the CUET results. More than 200 universities across India are accepting CUET scores for UG admission. No, CUET UG exam 2026 date has not been announced yet. It is expected that National Testing Agency will announce the CUET exam date 2026 anytime soon. The exam is expected to be scheduled in May-June. Candidates willing to appear for the exam must make sure to register for the exam online. As per the tentative CUET 2026 exam date, the registrations are expected to commence in first week of March 2026.
Candidates will be able to check the CUET 2026 allotted exam centre upon release of CUET intimation slip and CUET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CUET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the intimation slip for CUET exam. The name of exam centre will be mentioned on the intimation alip in advance to help candidates make preparations accordingly. CUET Seat Allotment Process 2025
Every participating university has multiple colleges/departments in affiliation offering seats based on CUET 2025. CUET counselling process remains identical for all colleges affiliated to a single university; however, different universities will have different counselling and seat allocation process. With multiple colleges under CUET participating universities, there will be multiple rounds for CUET 2025 seat allotment.
More than 200 universities accept CUET scores for admission, all participating universities have a separate counselling process, including the CUET seat allocation process. There is no centralised counselling process for universities accepting CUET scores. For example University of Delhi has been offering UG admissions via CUET using the CSAS portal. While other universities may have a different process for CUET seat allotment.
No, Delhi University offers admission to the BSc programmes at its colleges based on CUET score only. There is no provision for direct admissions. Hence, aspirants must take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The national-level exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted in different phases. Eligible students can apply on NTA website to take the test. Students seeking admission to DU colleges should select DU college plus preferred course at the time of registration.
After CUET result declaration, aspirants are required to register on DU CSAS portal. The course and college allotment process is done based on the preferences submitted by the students during the form filling. After final selections, students can pay the admission fee to confirm admission.
Candidates can apply for DU admission via Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Before applying for the course, aspirants must check out the eligibility requirements. To apply students can visit NTA official website. After the entrance test, the cutoff marks are made available beind the login on the official samarth portal of the university. At the time of CUET registration, aspirants must selection DU as a preference.
For admission to BA courses at Central University of Tamil Nadu, the university accepts the scores of CUET UG. Hence, applicants must keep track of CUET UG dates. Currently, the counselling process for CUET UG and the application portal are closed. Therefore, the application portal of the university is now closed for BA courses.
The typical process for CUET 2025 seat allotment is as follows:
- Filling admission forms released by different participating universities accepting CUET scores.
- Candidates have to enter their CUET exam details, including hall ticket number, sectional and overall scores while filling the form.
- Filling preferences for colleges and programmes based on CUET scores.
