The college is actually good, with good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost all students get placed. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. All students get internships. Roles like MO, AMO, and CMO are offered. Others also get some more placements in marketing and are opening their own hospital and clinics. Some students also join the Max and Apollo hospitals.
Infrastructure: The hostel is great. It has Wi-Fi and a canteen. The mess food is good, and AC rooms are available too, with Wi-Fi, and cleaning is done properly. There is no power cut, and generators are available. It provides grounds and sports equipment.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are average, and 50% is the minimum to pass. Exams are easy too, and they provide better extra classes. Teachers are cooperative. They teach every individual with precision.
Other: I chose a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) because of the great scope. Everything is great, and they must provide more staff members. Events organised are great. It also conducts extracurricular activities.

Desh Bhagat University review.
Placements: I got an internship at Apollo Hospital, which is one of the best hospitals in India. After my internship, I got a job at a top hospital with a starting salary of Rs. 5-6 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: The department has classrooms, labs, a library, and wifi. The campus is well-maintained, with lots of trees and plants. There's a well-maintained herbarium with a gardener on staff. The hostel has wifi, indoor and outdoor games, a walking ramp, a gymnasium, and a good mess with snacks and sweets.
Faculty: The teachers here are helpful, well-educated, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is average, but some teachers are really good. The mid-term exams are tougher than the finals, but they help us perform better on the finals.
Other: I'm studying ayurveda at Desh Bhagat University. I chose this program because it's one of the best medical programs for the future. Ayurveda treats diseases at the root, which is a unique approach. You'll learn about it when you study it. The college has reduced its class hours from 9am to 5pm to 9am to 2pm. The college also celebrates annual events, convocations, and festivals every year. Scholarships are available for students who need financial assistance. The college also organizes extracurricular activities like sports day and festivals.

I'm satisfied with the college.
Placements: Placements in our college were not good. Only 30% of the students were placed until now. The salary package offered is about 4-6 LPA. Not all the companies visit the campus for placements. Almost 2-3 companies like Jiva and Himalaya are visiting the campus every year for placements. No one gets any kind of stipend from the college as an intern.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is neither that good nor too bad. A library and medical facilities are also available here. Classrooms available here are good. The canteen facility is very poor, and the quality of the food served is below average. Hostel rooms available here are awesome. Good facilities like air-conditioning and geysers are offered here. I didn't face any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: All the faculty members in the college are well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable too. The quality of teaching is too good. They use the book and their knowledge to teach. The student to faculty ratio is 60:1. I didn't get any industrial exposure.

Not an Ideal University "Folks Don't join.
Placements: For B.A.M.S. graduates, "Placement" option does't make sense. You can not organise placement drive for doctors, Although it is not required. Placement is good in other cources like HM, MBA, MCA students. Overall poor placement record of university. RIP.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is 7/10. Full Wi-Fi campus, AC classrooms, high-tech labs, sports facilities are good, university have it's own hospital as they have medical/nursing and dental colleges. Separate Libraries are there in every department and one Central Library is there in Student Center. Hostel facility is 9/10 Hostels with AC and Non-AC hostels are there for both girls and boys. Bus facility is available for all major nearby cities like Ludhiana, Ambala, Patiala, Roopnagar (Ropar), Chandigarh-Mohali, Rajpura etc. And also to all adjacent villages and towns like khanna, nabha, fatehgarh sahib, morinda etc.
Faculty: There are less than required faculty members in the college, If requirement is for 3 faculty in one department/subject, They are working with 1 and that 1 is not any experienced, just fresher. They lack in having experienced faculty members. They are running university with minimum required faculty members, which is major concern there.
Other: University is 7km from Mandi gobindgarh (iron city of north india) the nearest market is 3 km from campus at Amloh. Have 2-3 quality Restaurants around campus and few other shops and dhabas. Public Bus connectivity to the University is from 6AM to 8:30PM.

It is average as all universities have their pros and cons.
Placements: In ohr stream as there are no placements so students have to deal on their own because in hospitals there are no direct placements from college but after that you can do MD here Only college in Punjab offering MD in ayurveda. Ivy and many other hospitals can be joined.
Infrastructure: Highly digital labs, Wi-Fi enabled hostels, classrooms, and nice ground are available for different sports. The university authorities do different activities and co-curriculum activities. There is a lot of stuff that can be done here.
Faculty: My course is based on Ayurvedic medicine and surgery so teachers are highly educated and qualified, but there is no any sports activity on a regular basis. We are like bookworms. From morning to evening there will be only lectures, that's all students can do here.

The college has good infrastructure. It is well maintained and really impressive.
Placements: The college offers the internship after the course which is selected by the students. There are many opportunities even after the internship. They open their hospital or can join in any hospital. They are supposed to do masters in Ayurveda or MD or MS in any subject. The college also offers MD course.
Infrastructure: There are 8 major buildings with an outstanding entrance, and also an extraordinary platform in the university. There is Wi-Fi indulge in every block and each stream. The library, labs and every classroom are air-conditioned, neat and clean. Every year, sports meet is going to happen, and there are five canteens in the university. Every canteen is good with the state food which is tasty and healthy. Cleanliness is the main motive. A different building is provided for BAMS, where 20 rooms are present to conduct the classes. Well educated doctors teach the concepts in BAMS. There is a separate hostel. Also, if want, 3-star hostel and the mess is also available. It is really very good. All the hostels have Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel of BAMS is air conditioning too.
Faculty: There is a faculty team of 15 teachers. In all BAMS, in and out stream body dissection happens in every 1st year. There are projectors in all classrooms. The labs of anatomy, physiology and other subjects are well-maintained, neat and clean. The course is of 5.5 years. In this, 4.5 years is of theory, and one year is of internship in a hospital. And finally, you become an ayurvedic doctor.
Other: Every year, there are total 5 to 6 fests conducted in our college, such as youth fest, hunor mela, active fest, talent hub, etc. The campus crowd is almost 1000 a day. The college also provides scholarships. Every year, a singer comes to university for entertaining the students.

Our college has irrelevant faculty members.
Placements: NEET qualified students can get into our course. I got placed as a doctor with a salary package of 16 LPA. Students with better scores got internships at better places. Top recruiting hospitals are AIMS and SMS Hospital but students need a better experience to get placed in these.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were not much good. Labs had 2 to 3 microscopes. Hostel infrastructure was good with garden, gym, and mess. Hostel provided rooms for 2 persons with attached bathroom and other things. Mess and cooler facilities were available. Warden was good. Hotels had a boutique, canteen, and juice store.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were not much helpful and were rude during exams. Some teachers were good and they care about students. They were not much qualified, some were doing MD and some did MD but don't posses hospital experience.
Other: I chose this course to become a doctor. Practice in the hospital makes students better in this course.
