BAMU Aurangabad is a state university that was established in 1958 and is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and  AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). Candidates must submit the following documents along with the application form at the time of provisional BAMU BSc admission mentioned below:

• Class 12 marksheet
• Class 10 marksheet
• Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the candidate
• College Leaving Certificate indicating the nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’
• Birth Certificate of the candidate indicating the place of birth in India
• Gap certificate (If applicable)
• Caste certificate (If applicable)
• Domicile Certificate issued by the Maharashtra State’s appropriate authorities
• Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities

Yes, BAMU is a good university as the university is ranked 83 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2022 under the University category. BAMU offers various facilities to students like a library, cafeteria, hostel, sports complex, and also provides various other facilities to undergraduate and postgraduate course students. To get admission to various courses offered by this university, the candidates must qualify the accepted entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams for MCA, NEET, JEE MCA, and others are JEE Main,  MHT CET, NEET, and others. For passing the JEE Main exam, candidates must attempt the JEE2 Main question papers, and hence prepare well for the entrance exams. 

Yes, students can apply for the BTech course on the basis of JEE Main score.

The application fee for General category applicants is INR 200 and for reserved category students, it is INR 100.

There shall be supernumerary seats for following candidates as per the directions received from the Central government and State government and other competent authorities from time to time:

• NRI Candidates
• Person of Indian Origin
• Foreign Candidates- 20% of Intake
• Jammu and Kashmir candidates- 2 Seats

There shall be seat reservation for candidates belonging to the Home University, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria specified by respective authorities. This reservation shall be as per the following chart:

• 5% of seats will be reserved for PwD students
• 5% of seats will be reserved for Ex-Serviceman/ Military personnel or their wards
