My college life in cv raman university.
Placements: You can get direct admission in cv raman university in B.A. as there is no entrance exam, any student with passing grade in 12th is eligible for B.A. in cv raman. I opt for B.A. in cv raman because I wanted to prepare for state government examination. If you want to prepare for government exams you can choose cv raman.
Infrastructure: C. v raman has one of the most beautiful infrastructure in Chhattisgarh. Each course or departments has its separate buildings. Hostel facility of cv raman is very good and affordable. There are 100 rooms in a hostel and there are 3 hostlers in each room. Hostel provides you with one table, chair, beds and almirah. Mess facilities are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified knowledgeable and very helpful in nature. As I was taken late admission in college so my faculty members helped me a lot for recovering course. Yes course is curriculum relevant, I have done ncc with my course. I opt for B.A. because I want to prepare for government examination. Semester exams of cv raman is moderate with passing percentage of 33%.

It is a place for education and experience.
Placements: Our seniors got selected mostly in the BPO companies with 3.5 lakhs package. Not everyone got placed because most of them opted for higher education and competitive examinations. I was an art student, so I have no idea about it. But the placement cell organises training sessions like personality development, group discussion, etc. The companies like BSNL, Ambuja Cement, Jindal Steel, etc. visited our campus for placement or training purpose.
Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi and sports facilities. The labs are available for practices. There is also a medical wing for the emergency cases. The classrooms are okay, not like state-of-the-art but, good compared to what we have in Chattishgarh. The hostel rooms are okay and are on the campus. There is a cafeteria, but I never liked to be there. They were making more buildings for higher studying students during my tenure. I am not a fan of what we have but whatever they have is sufficient in the context of infrastructure. We also have an in-house radio facility.
Faculty: The faculty was average at least for my syllabus. The teaching method was video-based and also traditional. Sometimes the students also visit factories for the experience. Other streams students have more exposer towards practicals than the arts students. They have included more courses recently for higher studies. As far as the library is concerned, I have not used it. So I cannot comment on that. We have the biometric attendance for some courses. Attendance is something must in this college.
Other: It is a good place if you have no option to go out to have the education. It is not even much expensive. A nice place for those who want to have a fair standard education within the local premise and in their budget. Sometimes, we have some great and famous personalities in our college as the guests. The examinations are always on time. A mixed culture can give you a fair idea of competition and help you to groom in a better way.

Other: The college life was the best part of my life even when compared with the school life. Because in my college everyone was friendly.
There was no partiality among students. We also had a good relationship with the professional degree students and also with the canteen members.
