Hello Nishar Ahmed, with 20 departments and more than 90 courses spread across undergraduate postgraduate doctor and also certificate, this university established in the year 1975 has varieties of processes for entering a given course. There are different examinations for different courses. Hands the theoretical answer for your query would be :  yes you can definitely join RMLAU  without appearing for JEE mains. But the answer would not be strictly correct because for joining graduation in engineering or student has to appear for JEE Mains since admissions for all different branches of engineering at undergraduate level in this university or given based only on JEE Mains ranking. Best wishes to you.
