All are good in their own ways. However, Galgotias University and GL Bajaj are considered the most popular private colleges/universities in Greater Noida. GL Bajaj is affiliated to AKTU while Galgotias University is a deemed university. You have many privileges if you are in a private university. So you have to consider all the pros and cons and choose what is the best for you. Galgotias University is very much popular. I thoroughly enjoy being in this university. This year, CCD, Dominos, McD, Subway and many other big food chains are coming to our university. The infrastructure, labs, and everything is just awesome. It also has a good crowd.
The faculty members are usually South Indians, who are very helping in nature. If we just talk about placement, most of the students get placed in the very first round itself.

Sorry, you can't get admission with 53% marks in 12th. You may get admission in some other private colleges. Lateral entries are for those who have either done a diploma in that respective course or one who are pursuing the same course from any other institutions and wants to switch to any other college. Also, you should be aware of the fact that you won't be able to sit for campus placement for most of the companies because of their eligibility criteria which is at least 55% in 12th. Although you can learn by doing any course. And if you are skilled enough, no one see your 12th marks. Best of luck

As you have secured more than 50% aggregate marks in graduation, you are very much eligible for MBA. Now this university may accept CAT, GMAT, NMAT, etc. as entrance test or they may have their own entrance test which you need to find out by directly contacting them.
