3. Ex-Student/Alumni Scholarship
Galgotias University provides a 10% tuition fee waiver to its ex-students, alumni and old students taking admission to higher studies at university. Candidates must have secured a CGPA of 6.0 or above in their qualifying degree or diploma and should not have any back paper. Scholarship is not granted if the gap between qualifying examination and admission to Galgotias University is more than three years.
4. Scholarship for Jammu & Kashmir Students
Students who are residents of Jammu & Kashmir can receive a 50% tuition fee waiver in first year of programme. Candidates must provide domicile proof and secure admission to a full time programme at Galgotias University. Hostel, mess, examination and other miscellaneous fees are not covered under this scholarship.
5. Defence, CRPF, Paramilitary and Police Financial Aid

8. Sports Scholarship
Galgotias University scholarships are offered to Indian students with achievements in sports at national, international and state levels. Scholarship covers sports like cricket, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, football, athletics, archery, karate, taekwondo, basketball and kabaddi.
9. Orphan Scholarship
Galgotias University provides a 50% tuition fee waiver to students whose both parents are no more. Candidates are required to provide documents prescribed by university for verification.
10. Single Parent Scholarship
Students whose family consists of only one parent and whose parent’s income is INR 4 lakh or less can receive a 15% tuition fee waiver. Students are required to submit death certificate of the father or mother and an income certificate for verification.
11. University Staff Scholarship
A 35% fee waiver is available as scholarship to child or spouse of Galgotias University staff member.
12. Sibling Scholarship
Students who are siblings of existing students or alumni of Galgotias University can receive a 20% tuition fee waiver. Candidates have to submit proof of existing student or alumni status and the parent’s government ID.
13. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Scholarship
