You will need minimum 70% marks in PCM in class 12th. However, if you do not meet this criteria, you can take GEEE, which is the entrance test for Galgotia University. You can then apply for admission.

Well, firstly, Galgotias University offers B.Com (H) not a plain B.Com programme, and secondly, the eligibility criteria are as follows:XII with minimum 60% marks in best four relevant subjects

I wouldn't say they are equivalent. Galgotias University has its own merits. The placements are great along with a good infrastructure and experienced faculty members.
