The institute is good, but in order to get a good placement, we have work very hard.
Placements: Placements are good, but we need to work hard to get good placements. It means if students can work hard for their success, then they definitely can get a good placement here. If students want to enjoy, then they can expect a placement here. Hard work is required.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Buildings and hostels are a little old. But now they are upgrading everything, so there are no issues about infrastructure. The environment around here is cool and pleasant. Nature gives us a good feel.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good. Exams are conducted very strictly to avoid malpractice. I can say it is one of the best colleges around here for electronic communication engineering. Semester exams are usually moderate in terms of temptation, so it depends on individual focus.
Other: The environment is good here.

Overall, placements are for skilled students in GIET University.
Placements: 60 percent of students are getting more than a 5 LPA package, and the rest are getting an average of 3.5 LPA. From our branch, Computer Engineering placements are for students who have 7 CGPA and above and maintain 90 percent attendance in the TNP classes. The rest of the students are getting free internships.
Infrastructure: College Wi-Fi is available and is very high-speed, but it has limited data for each student. The library is very big, has a huge number of books, and is open 24 hours. Hostel facilities are not that good. Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel, and mobile data speed is also slow, even for Airtel. The quality of food is average. Medical facilities are available, but they are sometimes open and mostly closed.
Faculty: GIET University has a good number of faculty, but most are passed out from this university itself. Some professors have good knowledge and have completed their degrees from NITs and government colleges. The curriculum is now updated, and many courses are added to our syllabus, but most are not related to anything. It does not make students industry-ready.

Good infrastructure and big crowd environment in this college.
Placements: 60 percent of students are placed from our course last year. The highest package is around 20 LPA (only 10 students got it), and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Most of the time, the top MNCs coming to our college are Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. Data analyst and software engineer are the best roles offered by our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good because the campus is very big, and this university is located in the middle of mountains. Hostel facilities are manageable. Sports and medical facilities are available. Labs and classrooms are really good and equipped with Wi-Fi. Mess food is not good, as we are investing a lot of money.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum provided to us is relevant to the industry and the GATE exam. Semester exams of core subjects are slightly difficult, and others are a little bit easier. The pass percentage is 60 percent.

There is more focus on theoretical knowledge.
Placements: There is too much competition in the CSE field at this university. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 1-2 LPA. Many students get placed. The highest salary package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS and Tech Mahindra. Many students get internships in new startups, and not in highly rated companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the departments is well-structured and well-maintained. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is available in all department buildings and the library. In the hostel, Wi-Fi usage is restricted to only 2 GB per day. In a mess, a well-structured routine of food is given.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. Some of them just read the PPT presentation and then say to write notes. The course curriculum focuses more on theoretical knowledge than on practical experience. Semester examinations are moderate to difficult in this college. The pass percentage is 70-80 percent.
Other: I have selected this domain to learn new advanced concepts and solve real-world industrial relations problems. It would be better if we focus on more projects related to studies to get experience, not just on theoretical knowledge.

Really good for placement, GIETU.
Placements: GIET University provides good placement. 90 percent of students got placed from our course. The highest package is 26 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA, with an average of around 5 LPA to 6 LPA in our course. The top recruiting companies in our course are Wipro, Accenture, ZScalar, and TCS, starting from this year onwards. 80 percent of students got internships from our course in different companies.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure and the facilities are good. Our college course is well decorated and has free Wi-Fi and a library available for studies. The lab class is available with all equipment. Hostel facilities are also good. Mess food is hygienic, and it is adjustable for eating. Medical and sports facilities are also excellent.
Faculty: Faculty are well-educated and experienced. They are helpful for students. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. Students have been placed in our course with satisfactory offers. The semester examination is not easy if you do not study for a month before the exam. The passing ratio is good, around 90 percent.
