The MAT Dec 2025 registrations are now open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Dec 7, 2025, and the exam is scheduled for Dec 13, 2025. Moreover, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Dec 15, 2025, and the exam date is Dec 21, 2025.

Further, the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Results are out. Candidates can log in to check and download their results from jeemain.nta.ac.in.
The CMAT 2026 registration has started for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses. The deadline for registration is Nov 17, 2025, and the exam date is yet to be released.
The CUET PG 2026 registration process for admission to PG courses is expected to begin in Jan 2026.
The CAT 2025 exam for admission to MBA/PGDM courses is scheduled to be conducted on Nov 30, 2025.

Summary of GIET University facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: In our year, only 60 students out of 1200 students are placed from our department. The university doesn't provide any type of placement. You have to find a job outside of the university. The university provides an industry internship, which is helpful to students to get a job.

Infrastructure: The facilities of the university are very good and the campus is very big, so it provides lots of facilities like smart labs, a mechanical engineering workshop, a cinema room, etc. The hostel is also manageable and the quality of the food is not good as compared to the price.

Faculty: Most teachers are coming from NIT and government colleges, so they are well qualified and more knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is best compared to that of other departments' teachers. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester examinations are normal.

Other: I chose this course to get a government job.

Reviewing the university, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Ninety per cent of students are placed in our course by the university. The heights package is 8 Lacs per annum, the average package is 5 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is 2 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Tata Sky, Hiredious.

Infrastructure: The facilities that are available in our course are Wi-Fi,4 to 5 labs, smart classrooms and library. The quality of the mess and canteen is very good. They maintain all the hygiene when they are distributing the food. No medical facilities are available here. You can play all types of sports.

Faculty: All the teachers are teaching us and giving one hundred per cent effort to us. Their teaching quality is best for low-level students. The semester examinations are different for all the branches, but for us, the semester examinations are very easy. The pass percentage is 40 per cent.

College is very good, teachers are friendly, and they give placement to almost all the students.

Placements: 95% of students got placements from the college. In my stream, the electrical and electronics department 9 LPA, 3 LPA and 5 LPA are the highest, the lowest and the average package offered. Tech Mahindra is the top recruiting company for our course. Almost all students got an internship at Optcl in a managerial post.

Infrastructure: All facilities are good in classes, in the library all books available and in labs all equipments are available and give to practice to do practical the students. Give us free 2 GB Wi-Fi and full security in the hostel. Food quality is not good, the medical facility is much better, and all sports and games of the playground are available on our campus.

Faculty: Teachers are good, they taught us frequently, and cleared our doubts. Every year, our department goes on a study tour for an industrial visit to a power generation area. In the semester, questions are tricky and sometimes easy if students can understand the concept, and the passing percentage is 40%.

Other: I have the passion and love to work in this field. I think we should move to renewable energy resources. Many events and fests are conducted by the college, and scholarship portals are also available for OBC, ST and SC students.

An absolutely amazing college.

Placements: As per my knowledge, the placement is giving 100%, but the package is very less. In my branch, ECE, the highest package is just 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Accenture, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc., along with different startup companies, come for hiring..

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is just amazing and attractive. The facility of classrooms and labs is well organized. Every department has its own Wi-Fi with free unlimited access. A well-stocked library is present, which is open for 24 hours. The hostel accommodation is also quite good and livable.

Faculty: Teachers are well supportive in every field. They are well qualified with enriching Ph.D. level and well teaching experience. They basically focus on the experiential base knowledge. The exam level are quite easy as it only made by the university. Pass percentage is just about 33 percentage.

Other: Let’s enjoy different co-curricular activities and the technical fest, where we can enjoy a lot.

Must read this review before taking admission in this university(GIET).

Placements: Around 80 per cent of the students were placed in CSE course. The highest package is 23 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Servicenow and more. Around 50 per cent of students got internship, and the companies are unknown to me. Top roles offered are software engineering, software developer, marketing, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good, and infrastructure is beautiful. In every place in GIET, we have the access to Wi-Fi, and the labs are good enough, it is a skill enhance. Classrooms are also quite good. 24/7 library is accessible. Quality of facilities in our hostel is decent. Food quality is average in taste, and hygiene. We have a sick room available. Also, have a playground for sports.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and well-qualified in education. Some faculty members are freshers in teaching now, they need to be focused on teaching. Teaching quality is decent of all. The course curriculum is relevant, that makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficultly, and the pass percent is also good as of now.

GIET University is very good for the environment. It is a very peaceful nature, enjoying it here.

Placements: I think in GIET University placement scenarios are very good. I think that everybody gets a good package and good placements. I'm not sure, but I think the highest package is of 25 LPA, the lowest package is of 4 LPA. Major companies that visit our campus are TCS, Tech Mahindra, High Radius, etc. The maximum number of students get good internships in many companies.

Infrastructure: GIET University is very good known for its nature, buildings, and everything here is very good. Even the classrooms, the library, which is full of equipment, and even the cool parlour. I think the hostel is pretty enough, but the food is not so good. We can adjust it. The medical facilities here are very good. There are some limited sports to play.

Faculty: Here at GIET University, teachers are very good. They have good knowledge, and they are also highly qualified teachers. They teach us how to get ready for society, how to stand before any problem, and make us ready for the industry. The semester exams here are tough, but can be easy if you study well, with interest in studying. The pass percentage is 80%.

Other: I came to GIET University for its peaceful nature and calmness in this university. I chose this course because I want to be a successful engineer who will help to improve my career to achieve success. There are no such events. There is only one study here.
