The MAT 2026 Feb session registration is open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Feb 23, 2026, and the test is scheduled for Mar 1, 2026. Further, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Mar 2, 2026, and the test will be held on Mar 8, 2026.

Further, the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Results are out. Candidates can log in to check and download their results from jeemain.nta.ac.in.
The CMAT 2026 exam date for admission to MBA/PGDM/MMS courses is Jan 25, 2026, and the result can be expected in Feb 2026.
The CUET PG 2026 registration deadline has been extended till Jan 23, 2026 for admission to several PG courses. Further, CUET PG exam will be conducted in March 2026 (tentative).
The CAT 2025 result is out for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. Candidates need to log in to check and download their scorecards on the official CAT portal.
The OJEE 2026 registration process for admission to BTech, BPharma, MBA, and MCA courses will tentatively start around the last week of Jan 2026.
The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech/PhD courses will be conducted from Feb 7, 2026 to Feb 8, 2026, and then from Feb 14, 2026 to Feb 15, 2026.

Excellent university to study .

Placements: Being a master degree here is giving better opportunities for getting a degree and allows us to work with different MNCs. Top recruiting company like Accenture, Tech Mahindra and different startup companies comes for hiring our students. From our department the highest package is 7LPA. Average package securing about 3LPA. Mostly 80 percent of students get placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is excellent. The classroom facility is also well organised. There is also available of central library. The Wi-Fi facility is also available for free to access. The hostel accommodation also provides excellent in campus for boys and in outside for girls. The sports facility is also available.

Faculty: Teaching faculty members are excellent and cooperative for project work. Basically teachers are focused on experiential knowledge. The semester exams are quite easy and able to pass. The pass percentage is about 35 percent. This course is quite relevant to pursue here.

Other: I chose this course because of its internship opportunities and low fee to study.

Amazing 3-tier college to excel in engineering.

Placements: From campus placement, mostly 70 per cent of students are getting placement with an average package of 4 LPA. The highest package till now is 29 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Accenture, HCL, Tech Mahindra, and different startup companies also come for hiring. The top role of this course from this college is an enriching skill-based workshop.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is attractive for its beautiful building with a mountain view. The inside classroom facilities are acceptable. The lab facilities are also acceptable. There are 24 hours of free Wi-Fi available on campus, and each department has its own Wi-Fi. The hostel food is just mean, acceptable, not very good.

Faculty: The teaching faculty is not very highly qualified from a top IIT or NIT. Simple must be teachers from the locality. But have good communication with students. The teaching quality of teachers somehow makes them ready for the industry with the operation of students only. The semester exams are quite hard, but followed by PYQ and the question bank, it is easy to pass the semester.

Other: I chose this college because my cousin got a placement from here in a startup company, but now she is working at Wipro. And the price is quite low here as compared to other colleges. The enjoyable fest is happening here every year with a unique style, well known for Tech Fest Shrujan.

Placements: In our course, the highest package is 20 LPA, and the lowest package was 30,000 The average package is 25 to 50,000. In our university, 79 percent of students get placed. TCS, Tech Mahindra, AWS, Infosys, Accenture, and IBM are the top recruiting companies for our course.

Infrastructure: In labs, unlimited free Wi-Fi is provided. Our library has a well-defined infrastructure and central AC for students. In our university, Wi-Fi is available everywhere, and in our hostel, 2 GB per day free Wi-Fi is available. Those who want to study in the library can go there at any time for studies.

Faculty: In our university, teachers are very helpful and approachable. The teaching quality is very good for some teachers, and they are brilliant. They are all well qualified and experienced. They are knowledgeable. They teach difficult concepts in a very easy way.

Overview of GIET University campus and placements.

Placements: The placements of the Computer Science Engineering department are good in comparison with the other departments. The highest package of the last year is 14 LPA, the lowest package is around 4 LPA, and the average package of last year recruitment is 5 to 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, the Computer Science Engineering department is at no.1 position. It has the most beautiful academic block among all the departmental buildings and it has its own beauty. Maximum hostels are very old and room sizes are small. The classrooms of the CSE department are better than other departments.

Faculty: The faculty of our department are good. There are a few who don't know teaching because they are freshers over here. Maximum of the professors have PhDs and are highly knowledgeable. They are more helpful to students for their academic growth. The topics and subjects are more relevant to the industries.

I feel happy to be here and be a part of GIET University.

Placements: At GIET University, I think 60-70 percent of students get placements in their dream companies. The lowest package ranges from 2-3 LPA, and the highest package ranges from 23-24 LPA. Some top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc. Many students go to do internships in many companies.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in GIET University are very good, especially labs, classrooms, and the fully stocked library. We get Wi-Fi everywhere throughout the campus. Everything is fine here apart from the food, so we have to adjust because the food is not so good. In the canteen, we can pay for the food and eat. Medical facilities and sports facilities are very good.

Faculty: From my perspective, teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful to us. They help us in every situation. Whenever we need them, they act as our proctor. They make students industry-ready for the outside world, and it is very helpful for everybody. The difficulty level of semester exams is very tough. 80 percent is the pass percentage here.

Other: I am from Bihar, and my family suggested that I do my graduation from this university because my elder brother also graduated from this university with a nice package. Events organised on this campus need to be improved further.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a 24/7 library facility. Classrooms are good. All the classrooms have a projector. Our college provides a very good Wi-Fi facility. In our department, we provide all the mechanical instruments. And having all the machines like the lathe, CNC, etc.

Faculty: Evening time or any situation, our teachers help all the students. The semester exam is so difficult, and the pass percentage is 70%. All students are taking advantage.

Other: Our college provides extracurricular activities like sports, a swimming pool, a singing club, etc.
