Yes, Gopal Narayan Singh University offers BTech (Lateral) entry course in Computer Science and Engineering. Eligible students are directly admitted to the second year of the course. Hence, course duration of BTech (LE) is three-years. To be eligible for the course, aspirants must fulfil either of the criteria mentioned below:

• Three or two-year (lateral) Diploma exam pass with at least 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category) in any stream of Engineering and Technology, OR
• BSc degree from a recognised university as defined by UGC with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category) and Class 12 pass with Mathematics as a subject, OR
• BVoc/DVoc degree in the same or allied sector
