Q: What is the fee refund policy of GSFC University?

Students seeking cancellation of admission are eligible for refund of academic fee. In case of any admission cancelled before the commencement of classes, students will be refunded fees after deducting INR 1000 towards administrative cost. Any admission cancelled after the commencement of classes shall not be entitled for refund of fees. Fees will be refunded in case the University has exercised the waiting list to fill the particular seat. The decision of the
management of the GSFC University shall be final in all cases of fee refund.

MBA at GSFC University is a two-year programme. To get admission for the MBA course, the students need to pass CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT to get admission to MBA course. Review of GSFC University.

Placements: Our college provides average placements. It is a new university. They will provide good placement opportunities in the future. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, GSFC, Reliance, Nirma, etc. They provide internship opportunities each semester.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Our college provides us with all facilities. The hostel facilities are good. The hostel rooms are small. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. We have a gymnasium. A playground is available in our college.

Faculty: Our teachers are good and friendly. The syllabus is as same as the old curriculum. It has some minor changes. Exams are divided into two parts, mid semester and end-semester exams. The mid-semester exam consists of 20 marks. The end-semester exam consists of 40 marks. The internal exam consists of 40 marks.

Other: It is a good course. The course consists of 3 years. Practical and interactive learning should be encouraged.

The only thing carrying this university is its faculty members.

Placements: Like many other universities, ours also promised placements. The COVID restrictions were still not lifted during our pass-out year, so we were told to get online placement interviews and to wait for further details. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We did not hear back from them. There were several mock interviews and practice rounds, but nothing concrete.

Infrastructure: The campus provided lots of facilities. The classrooms were perfect. It had lots of space, which was necessary due to the higher number of students. Every classroom had projectors and speakers for a better learning experience, and they did make learning a bit easier. We didn't get to visit it as it was not part of our curriculum. But passing by, it always looked like it was well-equipped and students were having fun. We did have a computer lab, which was decent enough. There was no Wi-Fi on campus. There was one in the library that had usable speed. The book collection and the environment of the library were top-notch. There would always be a staff member to help you out.

Faculty: When it comes to the teachers, they were hands down the best. We could not have asked for a better faculty member. Every single teacher was helpful, knowledgeable, and more than qualified. They were always ready to solve any of your doubts and were never angry or disturbed, no matter how silly or repeated questions you asked. They always knew what they were doing, were always aware of current affairs regarding their subject, and would update us daily if something interesting had occurred. The things that made them the best were that they actually enjoyed teaching and their love for their subjects. As for the curriculum, it was always spot on. They would also include things that would actually help you in real life rather than just bookish knowledge. The semester exams were sometimes tough. If you have paid attention to the class and as long as your concepts are clear, it shouldn't be an issue. The passing percentage was 35%.

Other: This course grabbed my attention due to the high reputation of GSFC and its factories. When I heard they were, I couldn't be happier to join. In fact, our batch was the second in the BBA programme. I would say the only thing I love about the university is our faculty members. They are the ones that make learning fun. On the other hand, during our time we had no major festivals. There was no response from the higher authorities if we asked for permission for an event, and if they did, they would shut it down. The surroundings of the campus are beautiful. It is surrounded by gardens, and you'd be able to see peacocks just outside your buildings. However, the gardens were of no use as the security guy wouldn't let you in. Also, the people living inside the fertiliser living facility were rude. They acted as if they had ruled the place and would not leave the students alone. You were not allowed to do anything outside your building. In one particular incident, my friend and I were threatened with getting beaten up just for sitting on a bench near the only shop that sells puff as there is no canteen. You shouldn't expect any support from your university if you are participating in any event as well. I and my team participated in BBA Baazigar by MSU. We have received zero support from the university, but they surely took credit when we were able to secure second place.
