GNDU RC Jalandhar BTech Courses & Fees: Admission (Open), Application & Selection Criteria

GNDU RC Jalandhar BTech admission is open for the academic year 2025. For admission to the BTech course at the University, candidates must complete the step-wise admission procedure. Step 1: GNDU RC Jalandhar BTech Application Process

The GNDU RC Application process is completely online. Candidates can visit the GNDU RC Jalandhar’s official website and fill out the online registration form by providing all the details.The application process is as follows:

Step 1: Visit the GNDU's official website, and click on the 'Apply' icon. You will be directed to the registration page.

Step 2: Fill out the online registration form with all the required details, including name, email, phone number, etc.

Step 3: Verify your phone number. OTP/mail will be sent to your registered phone number and email ID.

Step 4: Now, candidates need to log in to the application form using the verified email ID/phone number and password.

Step 5: Once the payment is done, upload all the required documents. And submit the complete application form.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

GNDU RC Jalandhar BTech selection process is conducted after the submission of the application form. Candidates are shortlisted based on the last qualifying exam and JEE Main exam scores. Furthermore, candidates are required to submit the JEE(Main)-2025 Admit Card, Score/Rank Card for BTech programmes.

Step 4: Counselling Process

GNDU RC Jalandhar conducts the counselling process for shortlisting candidates for final admission. All candidates being admitted through an entrance test or otherwise shall be required to appear for interview/counselling before the Co-coordinator of admission/interview panel/Board of Control of the department concerned on a date and time as given in admission schedule Candidates appearing in interview/counselling shall carry with them original degrees/diplomas/reserved category certificates for verification

Step 4: Seat Allocation

If the number of qualifying candidates is more than the seats available, the Coordinator/Head shall have the right to call only a limited number of candidates in order of merit in the qualifying marks. If any reserved category seat remains unfilled, it will be treated as open for admission from general category candidates.

Step 5: Final Admission

After the seat allotment, the candidates will have to confirm their allotment by verifying their documents and paying the BTech admission fee. If the confirmation is not done within two days as notified during counselling after the admission slip is issued, seats will be declared vacant and will be allotted to the candidates next on the waiting list.
