Gurugram University BSc Courses & Fees 2025: Admission, Selection & Eligibility Criteria, CUET

As of now the university is not offering any distance learning or part time courses. The Gurugram University currently offers programs in regular mode. It has a campus with all modern amenities to make students life comfortable and hostel facilities to make commute easy. The students from outstation who wish to study from the university can take advantage of such facilities. The college offers MBA/ PGDM, BTech, MA, BA, BCA, MCA, integrated programs etc. The candidate can choose from the available domains and further their studies.

The mode of application at Gurugram University is online with students able to apply through the university page as long as the course eligibility is completed. While the entrance exams is the mode of selections. Students must also pay applications to the university and for the required exams. 

The eligibility criteria to get admission into Gurugram University depends on the course student is interested in to get into. For MBA admissions, students need to have at least 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination and cross the cutoff of accepted competitive examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT, CUET PG etc. For BTech admissions, the students is needed to have 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category) in class 12 with Science background as mandatory requirement and passing the cutoff for JEE Mains followed by STES counselling.

These documents differs from one subject to another according to the nature and levels of courses, that is whether the course is MBA, MBA Executive or Integrated MBA. But mentioned are some of the common documents that will be needed at the time of registration-

Yes, there are scholarships for the Scheduled Caste Category students at Gurugram University. The university offers Post Matric Scholarship Scheme of GOI for welfare of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste Category. As per letter No.3/44-2012 Sch. (2) dated 18.06.2013 of the Director General Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, students, whose parents/guardian income is upto INR 2.50 Lacs per annum, are eligible for the scholarship.

The scholarshisp offers students include enrollment/registration, tuition, games, union, library, magazine, Medical Examination and such other fees compulsorily payable by the student to the institution or University/Board. Refundable deposit like caution money, security deposit are, however, excluded. For students admitted under this scheme, the application form has to be submitted by the students to the concerned Chairperson/Director of the Department/ Institute.

The eligible for the Gurugram University scholarships BSc course are as follows:

• Candidates must have completed their Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Candidates must have secured the required percentage of marks in their qualifying examination, as mentioned above.
• Candidates must have passed all previous examinations of the concerned course.
• Candidates must have a family income of less than INR 2.5 Lacs per annum (subject to submission of valid income certificate/affidavit).
