The admission process at Gurugram University begins with the online Application form. A non-refundable amount of INR 1000 for the General Category and INR 250 for the Scheduled Caste is to be paid when finally submitting the form. Step 3: After successfully registering on the admission portal, Candidates need to sign in and click on the “Apply now” button adjacent to the BTech programme which prompts the login window on the screen.

Step 6: Fill out the application form with the required details with all the admission-related documents.
Step 7: To finally submit the application form, the user has to click on the checkbox for “I agree” against the T&C and click on “Verify and Submit”. Once clicked the User shall be redirected to the Payment Gateway, wherein the User has the feasibility to pay the application fee by UPI, Debit/Credit card, and Net banking options.
Step 8: Once the payment is completed, the candidates will be redirected to the admission portal and will have the option to download the admission form and the fee receipt.
Step 2: HSTES Counselling
After submitting the BTech application form, candidates are required to apply for the HSTES or Haryana State Technical Education Society counselling. All candidates have to register for the HSTES counselling 2025 for allotment of seats. The registration process mainly includes three steps: Registration, Filling out the HSTES application form, and Submitting and confirming the registration.
Step 3: Final Seat Allotment
After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter. The selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BTech fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate.
