Gurugram University BTech Admission 2025: How to Apply?
Gurugram University BTech course admissions are held in online mode. The admission procedure starts with the application process, counseling process, merit lists,etc. Students who want to get admission in the BTech course should have a valid qualification and a basic knowledge of the Bachelor of Technology course. The Gurugram University admission procedure is as follows:
1. Gurugram University Admission Process
The admission process at Gurugram University begins with the online Application form. A non-refundable amount of INR 1000 for the General Category and INR 250 for the Scheduled Caste is to be paid when finally submitting the form.
1: Candidates need to download the Admission Broucher and read it carefully before submitting the Application form.
2: Next candidates are required to register themselves by clicking on the official website(https://gu.aimserp.co.in/gu-admissions/#/)
3: After successfully registering on the admission portal, Candidates need to sign in and click on the “Apply now” button adjacent to the BTech programme which prompts the login window on the screen.
4: Now the online application form opens **Please note that the Online Application form has been divided into 5 steps:

- Payment Status 64 A - NSS marks (for UG programme's applicants)
- JEE Main marks (for BTech programme's applicants)
- Verify and Submit
- Payment Status
5: Complete the application form with the required details with all the admission-related documents.
6: To finally submit the application form, the user has to click on the checkbox for “I agree” against the T&C and click on “Verify and Submit”. Once clicked the User shall be redirected to the Payment Gateway, wherein the User has the feasibility to pay the application fee by UPI, Debit/Credit card, and Net banking options.
7: Once the payment is completed, the candidates will be redirected to the admission portal and will have the option to download the admission form and the fee receipt.
2. HSTES Counselling
After submitting the BTech application form, candidates are required to apply for the HSTES or Haryana State Technical Education Society counselling. All candidates have to register for the HSTES counselling 2025 for allotment of seats. The registration process mainly includes three steps: Registration, Filling out the HSTES application form, and Submitting and confirming the registration.
3. Final Seat Allotment
After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter. The selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BTech fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate. All admissions are provisional subject to verifications of documents and approval of Competent Authority.

HSTES BE/B.Tech Tuition Fee Waiver: Under this scheme, those candidates will be eligible whose parents annual income is less than eight Lacs from all sources. Seats under this category shall be supernumerary in nature, and up to a maximum of 5% of "Approved Intake" per Course shall be available for admission. The supernumerary seats will be available only to such courses in an institution where a minimum of 30% of the "Approved Intake" is filled. HSTES Haryana Government School Topper (HGST) Seats: These seats in each branch will be filled on the basis of inter-se-merit in Class 12.
