Dissatisfied with placements, few companies come, & those that come are hiring only 1-2 students.
Placements: Only 4 students were placed out of 60 through college placement. The highest and the lowest package was 5 LPA. Airtel is the top recruiting company. Students get internships through off-campus. Half of the students get internships, but not from college. Top roles offered are software engineer and software developer.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are above average. We have fully furnished air-conditioned classrooms with smart TVs for study, good lighting, the best cushioned chairs, and each classroom has Wi-Fi (250 Mbps). Hostels are not active. The canteen is below average. Bad medical facility. Sports and games are also not good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. No, this course and curriculum are not industry-relevant. Semester exams are good enough to test your knowledge. To pass the semester exam, one needs to score 33 percent. They can take 2 sessional and one pre-university exam.

Gurugram University is a good state government university.
Placements: Most of the students in my batch got placed in college placements, and some of them are working outside of college placements. Many new companies came here for better job opportunities at this university. The placement is good, and the other is dependent on your capabilities.
Infrastructure: I did not take a hostel as the university is around a 30-minute travelling distance from my home. There is no hostel available currently. However, you can find hostels and PG near the university. There are good buildings and infrastructure at the university.
Faculty: Teachers are very good and cooperative. They also help in any kind of activity done by students. Some teachers have very good behavior as they helped us with our future guidance. The teachers are well-educated and disciplined. The staff is good.
Other: The course that I have chosen is very good and a good value for money. Also, the fee structure is good. There are parking facilities available for students' cars and bikes.

It is a decent college with academic support and basic facilities.
Placements: Placements are good in this college. A few good companies visit the college, as they mentioned. High-paying jobs are rare in college. The average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies that hire students from the college are Airtel, Cisco, etc. It is mostly preferred for CSE and CSE AI ML batches.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good, and half of it is in development. The hostel is not working. The library is good and decent, but few students visit it. Few labs are good, but not all. Our college infrastructure is not completely built, and it has been under development since I entered.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They help in the course curriculum. They are well-qualified and useful for subjects. Their teaching experience is also good. Internal exams are conducted by the college twice, and the final exams are conducted by GU. Internal and semester exams are not that tough if we study.

My college focuses on academics but does not focus on activities like events and sports.
Placements: In Dronacharya College of Engineering, 60-70 percent of students got placements in highly reputed companies. The average package ranges from 4-5 LPA. The highest package is 19 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The internship rate is 40-50 percent, and students get internships in the 2nd to 3rd year.
Infrastructure: In my college, a hostel is available but temporarily, and it is not in use for some reason. My college provides Wi-Fi facility for all students with a smart board in all classrooms. My college has a library with lots of books. There are 2 canteens. Labs are provided with all equipment. For medical facilities, 1 medical room is available. There is a large campus for sports.
Faculty: Faculty members are decent overall. Some teachers are really helpful and explain concepts well. Some teachers are average. The course curriculum is mostly relevant and covers core subjects, but for placements, self-study is also important. Semester exams are not tough. The pass percentage is 85-90 percent.
Other: This course is future-ready, which means that in the future, AI engineers will be important, so I chose it. My college focuses less on events and fests, but it organises events.
