After the HSTES counselling seat allotment result is out for BTech admission at Gurugram University, candidate should download Provisional Seat Allotment letter, and should physically report to allotted institute between specified reporting dates for taking admission. Further, the selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BTech fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate. All university admissions are provisional subject to verifications of documents and approval of Competent Authority

To get admission to the Gurugram University BCom course candidates are required to have a valid qualification: Class 12 examination from Board of School Education, Haryana or of any other Board recognised as equivalent thereto, with a minimum of 45% aggregate (42.75% in case of SC/ST/ Divyang candidates of Haryana only). Qualified candidates must visit the official website and register for the cousre. Further, candidates must fill out the online application form. Ater the application submission candidates are shortlisted based on the qualification and call in for physical the counselling rounds. After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter.
