IGNTU: Courses, Fees, Admission 2025, Placements, Cutoff

Indira Gandhi National Tribal University offers an MCA program at an affordable total tuition cost of INR 12,500, with an average package of INR 2.8L. There are 25 spots available and applicants must submit their CUET-PG results. Eligibility requires a B.C.A., B.Sc. or B.A. degree in mathematics (or mathematics as a 10+2 subject) from an accredited Indian or international university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% for General and OBC categories and 45% for SC/ST/PWD categories. According to the report, 36 MBA, 14 BPharma and 4 MPharma students were placed during IGNTU placements 2022. The median package offered to MBA students stood at INR 86,000 LPA. For BPharma and MPharma students, the median package offered during IGNTU placements 2022 was INR 2 LPA and INR 4 LPA, respectively.

This university doesn't provide any placement services for students. Placement opportunities are only available for 1 branch. There are no placements for professional courses. Only around 20% of the students are placed. Salary packages offered were not the best, and not even internship opportunities were provided to the students. All the students search for jobs and internships on their own.

 A total of 21 out of 67 MBA students were placed during placements in 2021. However, 18 students were placed in 2020.

The student must have passed a Graduate degree in the respective field with a minimum percentage of 50% to be admitted to the MBA. 

IGNTU offers  BSc, BPharma, MA, BA, MCA and other courses at UG and PG, doctoral and certificate levels in the fields of Science, Arts, Pharmacy and others. The University offers admission to these courses on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exams. Furthermore, the University offers placement training through various collaborations and recruitment partners. Apart from this, the University offers scholarship facilities with state-of-the-art infrastructure. 

Students will be able to see the CUET UG 2023 Cut-off released by the National Testing Agency on the official website of the exam - cuet.samarth.ac.in. The CUET cut-off is released in the form of marks/points/percentile by different universities.

IGNTU offers courses at the UG, PG, and Doctoral levels in full-time mode. Courses such as MBA, MA, and MSc are considered as some of the most popular programmes. Therefore, candidates can not seek admission without clearing either of the entrance exams. 

IGNTU offers BSc as a 3 year programme in various specialisations in full-time mode. Admission to the respective course is offered on the basis of merit and valid scores of CUET UG. The University offers an annual intake of 163 students with a bifurcation of 25 to 38 per specialisation.
