Some students explicitly stated, "Everyone comes to MBA for placements, which are not here."* Limited Job Opportunities: Alumni reported that the placement cell doesn't provide many job opportunities, making it challenging for students to secure employment after graduation.* Focus on Industry Readiness: While the university focuses on preparing students for the industry, this emphasis might not translate into better job prospects. As one reviewer noted, "The course is relevant, but it doesn't guarantee placements."Overall, the placement cell seems to face challenges in securing jobs for MBA/PGDM students at IIHMR University. While the university excels in other areas such as infrastructure, faculty, and curriculum relevance, its placement record requires improvement.
