Indus University Ahmedabad offers a variety of programmes to students at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. The college is mainly concerned with streams such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Life and Basic Sciences, Agriculture, Business Management, etc. The BTech programme is one of the most popular offerings at Indus University. Indus University BTech programme here offers ten specialisations such as Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, etc. 

Indus University offers BSc in Clinical Research as an undergraduate honors degree lasting for four years. Clinical Research is a programme provides students with the knowledge to conduct and manage clinical research studies. BSc (Hons) in Clinical Research curriculum has first semester teaches students with the fundamentals of management sciences, while the second and third years are focused on specializing in topics related to healthcare and clinical research. Students from this programme could perform a vital role in researching the pharmacology, biochemical causes of disease and evaluating new medications and treatment techniques.

With BSc in Clinical Research degree, students can pursue career as a pharmacists, clinical research investigators, clinical data managers, biostatisticians, and research on new medicates/treatments.

As of the University, MAT is not required.

But, for the other course such as BBA, the selection criteria is based on UGAT/AME CET.

Then for BCA, it depends on merit-based selection.

For B.Des class 12th with an aggregate of 50 percent and IDAT.

For MBA requires MAT/CAT/ CMAT.

For BArch, it  requires NATA and ACPC counseling
