Step 1: Indus University Application Process 2026
Indus University's application process is conducted in online mode. Aspirants can apply online on the official website of the university for the desired programme. While filling the application form, they must submit the supporting documents of previous qualifications and pay an application fee for the respective UG & PG courses.
Students can apply online on the official website of Indus University. Candidates must pay the application fee on time. Aspirants need to pay INR 2,000 to apply for PhD programme. Check below step-wise Indus University application process:

Step 2: Selection Rounds
Admission to Indus University is both merit and entrance-based. For admission to courses such as BTech, MTech, MBA, BDes, etc., candidates must qualify for national/ university-level entrance exams. The accepted exams are CAT/ MAT/ XAT for MBA, NATA for BArch, GATE for MTech, JEE Main/ GUJCET for BTech, etc.
The university conducts Indus MAT for MBA, Indus-DAT for BDes and Indus University Research Aptitude Test (IURAT) for admission in PhD programme. However, the university offers direct admission to courses such as BSc, BCA, BCom, MSc, etc. based on their merit. For some courses, candidates must also appear for the PI round.
Step 3: Final Admission
After the completion of all the selection rounds, the university releases the list of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted aspirants need to come for document verification and pay the Indus University fees to confirm their seats in the university.
Indus University Seat Reservation 2026
For admission in first year of all BTech, MTech and BArch programmes, 50% of the seats are reserved as state quota seats on which students are admitted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) and rest 50% seats are management quota seats on which students are admitted by concern institute of the university.
- State quota seats (50% seats): For admission on state quota seat student must apply to ACPC and follow the procedure laid down by the ACPC. Students should have appeared in entrance test as GUJCET/ JEE Main for BTech, GATE/ State PGCET for MTech and NATA for BArch.
- Management quota seats (50% seats): Indus university conducts admission process on management quota seats in a fair, transparent and non-exploitative manner strictly on merit basis.
Note: For lateral entry 10% of the seats of intake are reserved for each course of BTech programme on which admissions are done by ACPC. There is no provision of management quota for the lateral entry.
Indus University Fee Refund Policy 2026
The programme / Courses whose admissions are based on ACPC, refund policy is follow as per the guidelines of ACPC/ AICTE/ UGC from time to time. Check below fee refund amount on the basis of withdrawal of admission at Indus University as per UGC guidelines:

The programme of course where admissions are done by the Indus university (Management quota) refund is made as follows:
- If the student cancels the admission before the commencement of course or even after the 15 teaching days of the commencement of course fees paid by the students refunded by Cheque/ Net transfer after deduction of INR 1,000 administrative charge.
- Application form fees will not have refunded in any case.

Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Phytopharmaceutical, Pharmacology, etc., are a few of the core subjects taught in the BPharma course.

Indus University ACPC Admission cutoff 2024 was released for admission to the M.Tech and MBA programmes, with the last round cutoff ranging between 3021106 and 3101308 for Mtech course admission for the General HS quota.
