If you have made the decision of studying chemical engineering then ICT Mumbai would be the best option you could have. ICT have an edge due to its specialised focus.ICT mumbai is way better than NIT Trichy for chemical engineering on most of the parameters if you are truly interested in chemical engineering . ICT has way better exposure and research than NIT Trichy .Professors will mostly be better at ICT mumbai. NIT Trichy is better for CSE IT related branches .Remember that ICT is an institution which specializes in chemical engineering and technology as it's name suggests .Go for it only if you are whole heartedly interested in chemical engineering .Do take an informed decision.

For admission to the BPharma program at ICT Mumbai, the institution does not consider the NEET score. Instead, it follows a merit-based admission process based on the MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) or other equivalent entrance exams for Maharashtra state students. The cutoff for general and OBC category candidates in ICT Mumbai typically varies each year based on factors like the number of applicants, exam difficulty, and available seats. However, the general trend is that the cutoff for the General category is usually higher compared to the OBC category, reflecting the reservation norms.
