To be eligible for BTech at ICT Mumbai, candidates must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra). Else, those who have done a Diploma in Engineering or BSc exam from a recognised institute of Maharashtra with 45% aggregate (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra) can also apply for BTech at ICT. There is, however, no age limit to be eligible for admission.

The first year of the course is dedicated to coursework and the second year is for the research project. Accredited by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), admission to MPharma at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai is based on a valid score in the GPAT exam followed by an institute-level test and interview.
