B.Sc. in Botany - Batch of 2027
Offered by Jagdam College
4.2
3Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Decent college for Botany with supportive faculty but limited placement opportunities.
Placements: Placements for the Botany course at Jagdam College are not very strong, as only a very small percentage of students get placed directly from campus. Most students choose to prepare for higher studies, research, or government exams instead. The highest package offered is quite low compared to professional courses, and the lowest as well as the average package remain limited. Overall, placement opportunities are minimal, so students need to rely more on further education or off-campus options for better career growth.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Jagdam College is quite basic but manageable for students. Classrooms are spacious, though facilities like labs and the library need more updates. Hostel arrangements are average with limited amenities, but overall, it’s decent for studying and staying.
Faculty: Faculty of Botany at Jagdam College is supportive and knowledgeable, though the teaching style is often traditional. The curriculum follows JP University guidelines, covering both theory and practical aspects of the subject. Exams are held regularly with a mix of written tests and practical evaluation. While the syllabus is useful, more modern resources and interactive teaching methods could make learning more effective. Overall, the course provides a solid foundation for higher studies in Botany.

B.A. (Hons.) in English - Batch of 2023
Offered by Hotilal Ramnath College

I am dissatisfied with the college.
Placements: This college did not offer any placement program. After completing the course, students had to find jobs on their own as there was no placement cell or career guidance. Major improvements were needed in this area. There wasn't any internship program also.
Infrastructure: The college had a science lab, a computer lab, and a library. But the library often remained closed. The college had 12 classrooms. The ground was big and beautiful, surrounded by trees and plants, which provided a fresh environment. However, neither hostel nor canteen facilities were available. Food was provided during some special events like NSS.
Faculty: Professors were highly educated. The college had professors for all subjects except English, and because of this, all students who belonged to this course struggled. Semester exams were slightly difficult, and around 70% of students managed to pass. The college seriously needed to appoint a qualified English teacher.
Other: I like English language so wanted to become an English teacher. This was the reason I chose this course after intermediate. The college should add some internships to make the course more engaging. Many events were organized in the college, like Teachers' Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Population Day, NSS, etc.

B.A. (Hons.) in History - Batch of 2025
Offered by Ram Jaipal College

Review of Ram Jaipal College.
Placements: There are very few companies in our college that have given placement to very few candidates. Very few internships have been found in my course but now the PM internship scheme has come, and now we will get it. And now we all will get the benefit of this scheme. Our college is in a rural area, which is why there are not many facilities in it.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel or mess facility in this college. If the government pays attention, it can be built here in the future. There is Sadar Hospital near our college, so whenever there is a need, we all go to it immediately. There are many sports materials kept in the college that we can play in our free time.
Faculty: Many teachers in this college are experienced and knowledgeable. There is no teacher of only math subjects in this college and everyone else is good in their subjects. Earlier in the studies, teachers used to study only theory, but now teachers also focus on soft skills. The examinations conducted in it are normal and the passing percentage remains above 60%.
Other: I have chosen my subject history. I have had a lot of interest in it since childhood, which is why I have chosen it. There is a need to improve everything, like going to a different place from time to time and seeing all the things in their physical form along with the theory. From time to time, different sports competitions are held in this college in which we all participate.

B.A. (Hons.) in History - Batch of 2022
Offered by Ganga Singh College
4.8

M.A. History Admission in Ganga Singh College in Bihar in 2025 provide many information.
Placements: In this college, the best placement and best package are provided by the college. In this college, the highest package is 5 Lacs and the lowest package is 2 Lacs, provided by internship companies. In this course, for admission, 60 percent marks in your 12th exam are required.
Infrastructure: This college's infrastructure quality is very good, and it uses high-quality infrastructure products and provides many products and multiple facilities like classrooms, labs, fast Wi-Fi connection, computers, drinking water, etc. Facilities are available. This college's hostel provides canteen facilities, and the best quality of food is available.
Faculty: In this college, faculty and teachers are very helpful, and the professors or teachers have very nice behavior towards the students. In this course, the teaching quality is very good, and they explain very deeply. This course has a total duration of 3 years for the course and 1 year for the master's course. This course is very difficult to pass.

The Inside story of Jay prakash University .
Placements: Some students got internships from my course, but the majority are male. 15 percent of students got internships from my course. 20 lakhs was the highest package offered in my course, 5 lakhs was the lowest package offered in my course, and 8 lakhs was the average.
Infrastructure: In this college, there is no Wi-Fi, and a hostel is also not available. Labs aren't open to students. Medical facilities are also not good. And the quality of food is average, and food is costly in the canteen. There is no sports quota. I will go to the worst college in India.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, but they are not available for students. They do not give guidance to students for their career and future. They also don't come on time; the semester exam is not hard. 40% is the pass percentage and they publish the results after a long time.
Other: I like to study physics and mathematics, so I chose this course.

A decent college for a degree.
Placements: There were no placements in our course and also in our college. There were no jobs in the industrial field. The career options after B.A. History were civil services, assistant professor, teacher, etc. No students from our college applied for or received internship offers.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were average. Wi-Fi was available. The building was old, and the library was small. Limited sports facilities were present. Basic medical facilities like a first aid kit were available. Hostel facility was not provided by the college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members was average. The course curriculum was relevant to our course and approved by the UGC. Students did not become industry-ready. The semester examination was moderate.
