    Q:   What is JET exam? How can I apply for it?
    A: 

    Jain Entrance Test or JET is the entrance exam conducted by the Jain (Deemed-to-be University) for admissions to various UG and PG programmes offered by the university. After clearing the written test the students have to face group discussion and personal interview round. To enroll for any UG or PG programmes at Jain University, it is mandatory for the applicants to clear the JET exam. To apply for JET, candidates can visit the official website of the university. The application forms will be available online. Once the registration process is complete the students will be notified further on the details of the examination. A non-refundable application fee for the preferred programme should be paid by the candidates in online or offline mode.

    Q:   What is the CAT cutoff for Jain University?

    Jain University accepts several nationa-level entrance exams, including CAT. In 2024, for MBA in Business Analytics, the CAT cutoff percentile required was 50 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. This cutoff percentile is for the CMS Business School.     Jain University cutoff 2025 for MBA specialisations is based on XAT scores. The university offers MBA specialisations including, including Marketing, Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, Finance, Human Resource Management, Banking Finance and Allied Services, International Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Finance and more through CMS Business School, which is an affiliated college. 

    Candidates aspiring for Jain University must have a valid score in XAT. As per Jain University cutoff for MBA, the overall cutoff in XAT was 50 Percentile for General category All India students.

    Q:   Does Jain University offer direct admissions?

    Yes, Jain (Deemed-to-be-University) offers direct (lateral) admission to Engineering courses. The university's direct admission is based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Admission to Lateral Entry is done entirely merit-based. There is no entrance exam required for the selection of candidates. Admissions are done based on the merit of candidates in the previous qualifying exam. In BTech Lateral Entry course, admission is given on the valid percentage of candidates acquired in a Diploma course. Once candidates fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and qualify the selection process, they are called for a counselling process. 

    Q:   What is the accepted entrance exam for Jain University admission?

    The Jain Univeresity admisison process includes an online proctored entrance test - JET (Jain University Entrance Test). JET is held for admisison to BTech, MBA, other UG and PG courses offered at Jain University. Candidates can take the exam from the comfort of their homes as it is an online test that can be taken from Desktop computers and laptop computers. The online proctored JET exam has MCQ-type questions. Candidates are selected based on their JET Score and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed for the courses.

    No, admission to full-time UG and PG courses at Jain University is not possible. This is an online entrance test conducted by Jain University for the selection of deserving candidates. This exam is valid and mandatory to qualify for all the UG and PG courses.     It is a good college because every thing is good.
    Placements: Almost 80% of the students are placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are EY, PWC, Deloitte, GET and KPMG. All the students went to an internship in Wipro where we can learn how to work in the future days.
    Infrastructure: Classrooms are very clean and comfortable to sit, and Wi-Fi is also available on the entire campus. The library is also good and silent, and we can spend a lot of time to study.
    Faculty: Faculty members here are highly qualified, and they will interact with everyone in the classroom. Every subject has different lecturers, and everyone is good and helpful to improve our communication skills as well as subject knowledge. In Jain University Jayanagar Bangalore, faculty members are very good, and they will provide notes for everything to improve our knowledge. Every department has a separate head of the department to improve our knowledge, and they are helpful for us.
    Other: I have chosen the master of commerce because I like the accounting process, and it is more related to today's corporate.

    Our college provides good and satisfactory placements.
    Placements: Almost 50% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Some recruiting companies are Accenture, etc. These companies offered good salary packages.
    Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi in many classrooms. Some classrooms have air conditioning facilities. Our canteen is good but costly. First aid is available in our college. Our college has sports forums. Students can play tennis and badminton in our college.
    Faculty: All teachers are good. The teaching quality is quite well. Almost 80% of students will pass semester exams. The forums teach students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are quite easy as our teachers prepare us well.
    Other: Events, fests, and other activities are conducted in our college for students to learn many things. Students always miss classes because of many activities.

    It's not a direct answer. Salary depends on skills, experience, location, profile and company. Freshers earn 3 to 8 LPA. Experienced ones can earn upto 20 LPA. Average MCA salary being 7 to 10 LPA. Some highly demanded roles are Data Scientists, AI/ML professionals, Cloud computing, etc.

    Yes, Jain Deemed-to-be University School of Allied Healthcare and Sciences is a private university which was established in Whitefield, Bangalore. Being a private university, the facilities offered by this university are quite good. The faculty are well experienced and professionals individuals.
