In such a scenario, you must contact Jamia Millia Islamia immediately and get it rectified. If the details printed on the JMI exam admit card do not match those on the official ID proof that you carry on the day of the examination, you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. You must ensure that the rectified admit card for the JMI exam is received well in advance, prior to the exam day, to avoid last-minute stress. In case the university does not send the revised JMI admit card despite the request, then you must carry copies of email communications along with your valid photo identity card, which is a mandatory document for the exam day, to the exam centre. However, the final decision to allow candidates to take the exam would lie with the exam centre officials.

No, there is no time limit to solve a section in JMI Entrance Exam. The total duration of the exam varies according to the course. Hence, on an average, candidates will get around five minutes for each MCQ. Candidates must keep a tab on the timing as JMI Exam is a time-pressed exam. Before the exam day, candidates are advised to prepare a time management strategy wherein a particular timing should be assigned for each section or subject.
