Dissatisfied with placement but very good faculty.

Faculty: The civil engineering department has the most senior professors, and they are very knowledgeable and experienced faculty. They are strict teachers, but they help students with academic studies, and the difficulty level of exams is very low, allowing around 80% of students to pass.

2022 is the best year for electrical engineering.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us very well. However, some teachers are lazy and don't teach us with their hearts. In the engineering departments, all 5 departments take 2 sessional tests and 1 end-of-semester exam. We can easily pass the exams by studying before them, and approximately 70 students pass their exams.

Best campus, bad infrastructure of Psychology department, and best faculties.

Faculty: Faculties are really helpful. But syllabus is not that updated. There are two sessions before every semester exams, and every exam was conducted on time. The semester exam is not that difficult for those who studied. At least two modules from every subject come in the exams.

Before taking Admission in JMI s B.Tech course, go through this review.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, most are PhDs, and even some are IIT students. One of the teachers has been the NITs dean. The course is also relevant, workshops and labs are truly making students industry ready. I have not given any exams yet, but heard from seniors that exams are also tactically good for students growth.

It provided the best placements in 2022. It is the best college for engineering.

Faculty: All five departments, including electronic and communication, take two sessional tests of 15 marks and one end-semester exam of 45 marks. Exams are easy. Electronics faculty members are very good. They give good marks. They teach us very well. There are knowledgeable and experienced faculty members. Approximately 70-80% of students pass exams.

It offers what a tier-3 college can provide and is good in terms of ROI.

Faculty: Most of professors are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is revised and updated, but the B-school environment is lacking. The atmosphere is not as competitive as that of a B-school. Semester exams are not very difficult, with easy questions, some practical questions, and case studies included. The pass percentage is 40%.

Best department of JMI B.Tech.

Faculty: The computer engineering department has the most facilities and experienced faculty who are knowledgeable about current market demands. The semester exam consists of 2 midterms, which are 15 marks each, while all departments have different patterns and 1 end-of-semester exam worth 25 marks.

Best placement in 2022, and the worst in 2025.

Faculty: Faculty members of electrical engineering are good, very experienced, and knowledgeable. But they are lazy, not all professors but some are lazy and arrogant. Department takes 2 mid-term exams of 30-30 marks each, and 1 end semester which has 45 marks but we can easily pass the exam by studying just before the exam.

Best affordable college and best central government university.

Faculty: Faculty of Electrical Engineering is very knowledgeable and experienced, but they are very lazy and not focusing on students' studies. However, they all are Ph.D. holders and very knowledgeable professors. Two MS term tests and one end semester exam are taken by the Engineering Department, which is easy to pass.

Computer is best in Jamia.

Faculty: Faculty is pretty good, well-qualified, and experienced. Computer Science engineering is best department and they take 2 sessional exams and 1 end-of-semester exam, which is not hard. We can pass the exam easily by studying before the exam, and around 70 to 75% students pass in exam.

The location is the best and has the best infrastructure.

Faculty: Mechanical has very good professors with great knowledge and experience. They are all Ph.D. holders, and the practical knowledge that professors provide makes us practically very good. Exams are like 2 midterms of 15 marks and 1 end semester of 45 marks for each subject, and they are not that hard.

Experienced faculty and the best placement in 2022 and 2024-25.

Faculty: The faculty of mechanical engineering is very experienced, with professors who have practical knowledge. Since the beginning, the mechanical department has produced very good professors due to being the oldest department in JMI, and they make us strong in the field of a practical approach. There are 2 midterms and 1 end-of-semester exam taken, which are easy to pass.

Teachers are good but placements are decent. A lot of opportunities for higher studies and research.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. In taken to industry-ready, there is some leakage in old engineering courses, and many students are passed. The semester exams are based on the basis of what teachers taught in the class.

Faculty: Computer Engineering department has the best faculty members in the engineering departments, and they are very knowledgeable and experienced. A total of 2 sessional exams and one end-semester exam are conducted by the engineering department, and they are not hard; we can easily pass the exams. Placement offers are mostly given to computer students as priority students.
