Yes and no but try counselling if you're not OC open category then definitely yes. If you're OC maybe you can get good colleges but not OU, CBIT or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC and I was trying for MBA. But there is no guarantee, since its MCA you're trying for you may have a chance. If you are OC, the cut off will be below 300 rank. The caste reservation follows as per the rules of the ICET.
However, the number of seats is 40 (but I didn't see all the seats getting filled in my seniors' batch or my batch or juniors' batch or sub-juniors; batch).
You might get admission there.

There is no cutoff for admission in this institutions .

For admission in industrial safety it is mandatory to have B.E. / B.Tech.
Candidate may also have obtained a Degree in science with Physics or Chemistry and relevant practical experience in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than one year or may also have obtained a Diploma in any branch of engineering or technology and relevant practical experience in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than two years.

You can opt NIT Warangal, because if you are not having interest in a particular branch, then it is better not to compromise on the college. Moreover, if you opt NIT Warangal, based on your 1st year performance, you will have a chance to slide to core branches.
