Experience life in Viva College.

Placements: Over here, 70% of students get placement. On average, the package is 8 lac per annum. Companies here for placement are Hindustan Unilever, Tata Group, and many more. The courses you get placements in are IT, BMS, and Hotel Management, along with some M.Sc. in Chemical students.

Infrastructure: We have 2-3 computer labs according to the stream, so students don't feel congested or distracted from their work or projects. We don't have any hostel in our college, but we have a college canteen here. However, the food service is not so good here.

Faculty: The teachers and the other faculty are very polite here. For specific subjects, we have specific teachers and specific labs too. Overall, the exams are not quite difficult due to the proper explanation done by our teachers. They not only clear our theory but also help us go through the practicals for the betterment of understanding the topics.

Other: The reason for taking Chemistry was that I love to do practicals with day-to-day usable things, and Chemistry is the one thing that we can find in every single place. The labs here help me to be more creative with new things too.

Good college that needs an upgrade.

Placements: Placements are not seen in the college. No companies were there for the placements. Not even a single student got placed in my course. 0 percent of students were placed in the companies. Top roles offered after the completion of course are as an assistant lab and technician.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fine. The classrooms were clean and sufficient for the strength of students in the course. Labs were well equipped with the requirements. No wifi connection is issued for students. The canteen is neither good nor hygienic, and the food is not particularly tasty.

Faculty: Faculty were well qualified and even friendly and were skilled too. Curriculum is relevant and enough for the graduate student. Semester exams were easy and most of the students get passed every year. Approximately 85-90 percent of students get passed every year.

Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in zoology and biology was one of my subjects in pre-university. Application-based curriculum is required for the degree, which is lacking in the course. Campus is full of greenery and it's very good. Fests are regular annually.

Review of Sahyadri Science College,Kuvempu University.

Placements: More than 1,000 students passed out in 2023. Most of them went for higher studies like PG, MCA, and M.Sc. Some students got government jobs. Many others are working for a company, and few of them went for competitive exams.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It grabs students to come to college properly. Every lab is well-facilitated. Our college has a huge library. It has several books to read books, newspapers, notes, and old question banks.

Faculty: All faculty members are very good and very helpful to students. They provide quality education. The non-teaching staff is not good. The syllabus includes theory only. We have to make it practically. Semester exams are good because question paper pattern is good for all students. The passing percentage is more than 80%.

Other: Computer Science is the branch where we study computer applications and software. Our college should add some practical concepts instead of theory. It may helpful for upcoming students. Events like cultural programs are held in our college. Our college conducts inter-college competitions and campus drive programs. Our college conducts extracurricular activities like NSS, NCC, etc.

This college provides good faculty members and it is best for learning.

Placements: Most of the students opted for competitive exams after completion of the course. This college also has no placements programs but has master's options. Our college has produced excellent results in literature, science, and sports.

Infrastructure: The campus area is lush green. The infrastructure of our department is good enough. All basic facilities are available. The hostel facility is not available. However, one of my friends said that the food is good. The food served in the canteen is good. Sports facilities are available, but students have not played yet due to covid-19.

Faculty: Some of the professors are very helpful and teach very well. Some of them are very rude, and it is the same situation in every college, not only in this college. The course curriculum is relevant. Our college job is to invite companies and to get good placements. Semester exams are not tough, but it directly depends on how much students have studied.

It has good library, faculty, and infrastructure, but there is no parking space for students.

Placements: The placement rate of our college is about 10-15%, I would say. The highest package offered was 3.96 Lacs per annum. Some of the companies that hire students in our college are Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Deloitte etc. They also give extra career guidance classes for free so that the students can perform better in interviews, competitive exams etc.

Infrastructure: I would say the hostel facilities are not the greatest but good enough to stay. There is no availability of Wi-Fi for students, and they don't allow students to use mobiles. The library and labs are very good. Classrooms could be better. The desks and benches are not that great. They are very old wooden benches.

Faculty: The teachers have very good knowledge and vast experience as well. Teaching quality is very good, and they have very good handwriting. They also hire some teachers who have just completed their post-graduation. As they don't have any experience, it is difficult for students to listen to them, and their way of teaching is not good.

Other: 4-5 events are conducted every year, and we can enjoy a lot.

College offers many subjects such as CS, physics chemistry mathematics and all It is govt and aded college Admission are direct without any enterence exam And based on Merits list depends on score of puc

Infrastructure: Labs contains all the equipments necessary for students there are big labs and classrooms are large Wifi also available **Library :: The college library is amazing it have books from edition Our college hostel contain all the facilities such as beds fans drinking water heigenic food etc
